Great place to relax. The space is very welcoming and peaceful with modern, clean lines flavor. Beach is step away- no crowds. We were very lucky and met very good hearted people around. We extended our stay thanks to Brian who helped us accommodate for one more night. I really do recommend Brian’s listing. Thank you for your hospitality!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the salty surfer. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our five day visit.

This condo is in the perfect location. It’s away from the crowds of Siesta Beach, but still close to everything. The setting is beautiful and the property has everything you could need. We hope to visit again soon!

Such a beautiful place to stay! Very clean! The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you will need. The view was amazing!!! The free trolly into the village was so easy. The beach accessories were so nice to use. All we had to do was cross the street and we were on the beach. The pool area was also very nice! Grilling area was nice and clean and a small smoking area so my husband could enjoy a few cigars. Great communication! Thank you! Was a fantastic vacation!

this was by far our favorite vacation ever! the place was very clean, cozy, and perfect for our week. the hosts were very kind and responsive. can’t recommend this enough! siesta key was a beautiful place to stay, as well. so many good restaurants and little shops with lots to do! our favorite restaurant was spearfish 10/10 recommend. we will definitely be coming back again to this airbnb!

If you want to be right by the beach and have a quiet location then this place is exactly where you want to stay. This one bedroom condo had all of the amenities that you need for a beach trip . We brought our own cool cabana for extra sun protection, and Vincent supplied cooler , chairs, towels , sand toys, etc to enjoy a day at the beach. The holiday weekend(Memorial day) was very busy on the beach with lots of loud music which we did not enjoy. The people playing this loud music didn’t seem To care that other people were even on the beach. After The Weeknd the crowd seems to disburse. My husband and I went to Siesta key beach and drove out to Anna Marie island which we also enjoyed. The pool at the condo wa very nice , quiet with shaded areas, grills to cook if you wanted and noodles to float on. We alerted Vincent of a leaky kitchen faucet so he knows to have maintenance look at it and he responded right away. I would consider staying here again. Vincent was a wonderful host.

We had a great time visiting Beth’s unit at The Boardwalk Condominiums. The condo itself was perfect for our family, the view of the Gulf was beautiful, and Manasota Key area was so fun for our family with ages ranging from 73 years old to 12 years old. Lots of fun walking to restaurants and hopping between the pool and beach. Thanks for everything, Beth!

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats and wildlife. There was a dolphin that swam around the dock. The apartment is very well supplied with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and easy. The pool was very clean although the surrounding area had been damaged with the storm in Oct 24.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described actually, even better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt cozy yet modern. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making guests feel at home. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, providing helpful local tips and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and all the amenities from the kitchen to the bathroom were top notch. The location was also perfect. Quiet and peaceful, but close to great restaurants, cafes, and public transportation. I especially appreciated the personal touches, like fresh coffee, local guidebooks, and a welcome note. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A truly 10/10 experience!

This place is awesome! A nice washer and dryer, super clean, comfortable, and a cute outside sitting area. host left snacks, water, cooler, flashlight, and beach towels - very well thought out. The host was also super nice when we thought we locked ourselves out 😅 We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

If you are looking for a place in Sarasota with everything you need closed to you like restaurants, dinner, food shopping etc at just minutes from siesta key then this is the place. Very clean and definitely what you see in pictures is what you getting. I stay here with m wife and two kids, we are very happy with pick this place, will definitely book again.

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. Had a great stay and beautiful peaceful private beach! I will say make sure you bring your own beach chair and umbrella. It’s stated they have some but I think other guested used them all.

my wife and I spent a wonderful week at Connies place , great location to the pool and beach, the unit was SPOTLESS, well equipped with anything you would need , parking spot right outside our door was great , comfy bed, really nice sand chairs for the beach, always got quick answers to any questions ( none problem related) would highly recommend for any couple looking for a perfect getaway, hoping Connie and her family are well

Condo inside and outside was as expected. An older condo but well kept up, clean, good AC, good WiFi, pool, ample parking. Kitchen had all the needed amenities (including 4 pods of coffee which was a nice touch). Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels were great. They had bikes to use but we didn't use them. You can catch the free beach trolley right out front which can take you up and down the beach road; and to Siesta Key Village (that has alot of restaurants). The only downside is beach access is ~15 min walk. If you have a car there are a number of free parking areas but they will get full on the weekends. Overall we had a great stay.

The location was great, close to village as well as crescent beach. Lots of restaurants, bars, and excursions close by. Private beach which is wonderful, they offer umbrella rentals for a very reasonable price. Two pools which allowed for plenty of space as neither pool was crowded. The condo came with adequate linen/towels with an exchange halfway through the week which was great. There were extra beach toys, umbrellas, and a cooler in the closet we found a few days in that came in handy.

We loooved it here! The space was perfect for our family. I cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location was convenient to grocery stores and walking distance to local restaurants and ice cream shops. The trolley stop is right at the resort so very convenient free rides to downtown Siesta Key was one of the highlights of our trip. We also grilled in the back of the resort by the bay which was nice! Oak trees all around. The pool was perfect temp. The fob didn’t work for one of the gates but there were three others we were able to get in without issue. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. The ONLY issue we had was from the pics on the original post it appeared the walk to the closest public beach access was 2 min but it was actually 15. In the Florida heat that was rough but we pushed through! Oh and last thing, the scooters were a hit with everyone in our family. So much fun! 😆 Thank you so much for giving us an amazing stay!!

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit had everything you needed for a beach trip. Chairs, umbrella, towels, beach buggie, fishing pole, tackle, beach toys, pickle ball, etc. The unit was perfect for my family. The pool is very nice, propane grills, picnic area, car wash, corn hole. Great location! My only complaint is that the window shades need to be darker to keep the sun out of the bedrooms but that is the only concern I had. I fixed this issue with a dark blanket. I highly recommend this unit and the owner is quick at responding and extremely helpful. 10 stars!

I’ve never stayed in an air b n b before and I will definetly do it again. Kelly was an amazing host always answered my questions right away. Beautiful condo a lot to do and great location. Highly recommend .
