Everything was very good, comfortable apartment, it had everything you need for a pleasant stay, we stayed 3 nights, beautiful environment for walking, the port a few minutes away, the pool with the ideal temperature.

Super clean accommodation, fragrant linens, clean kitchen, well located. We were very cold and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We really liked Virginia's place, we highly recommend it!

The apartment is located in a privileged place especially for those who like to walk on the boulevard and go out to dinner at the end. Outside of high season, you can park perfectly on the street. As other reviews say, on Saturdays there may be noise from people and music in the street, but the double glazing of the windows mitigates the issue quite well. The apartment is furnished with excellent taste and quality, on par with an excellent hotel, with the difference that the location in front of the port is exceptional. The balcony terrace is perfectly set and furnished to enjoy both breakfast and sunset wine with cheese. When I return to Punta del Este alone as a couple, it will always be my first option!

The dwelling is wonderful, very clean, complete and comfortable! And the landlord very attentive and concerned about our well-being, always made contact with us because we were late to arrive. And he also offered us to stay longer in the dwelling, since we came for a wedding and we arrived very late from the party! Anyway, everything very perfect and nice. We intend to go back!

The apartment is excellent, the communication with David is very good and the structure of the building is spectacular. The beach is practically in front and the view from the balcony is equally spectacular. For those who are willing and like to walk, the market is about 1km + or -... Restaurants are also not so close to the accommodation... but by car it's 5 minutes and really very easy to get to... The only negative aspect is that if another guest takes a shower at the same time in the other en-suite the water gets so weak that you have to wait for the shower to finish... But this becomes irrelevant in view of everything else that the accommodation provides... I will definitely be back.

We loved staying at Rony's place, the cleanliness was impeccable, the girls super thoughtful and friendly, came every day and everything was great. The view is amazing, we could enjoy a lot, the house was complete, it had everything we needed and more. It features some small details that made a difference (a speaker and cards to play with the family, impeccable towels and linens). We would come back without hesitation!! The location of the house is ideal, less than 300 meters from Casapassador, supermarkets nearby if you are driving and approximately 20 minutes from Punta del Este. I recommend for next guests who keep in mind that to enter and leave the house the journey is very steep, there is an elevator for people, but for some cars it can be a point to consider.
