The 1812 wing building has been carefully restored to recreate the feeling of the building period with typical colors, textiles and furniture. 140 sqm are at your disposal. The antique details are combined with modern amenities. There is access to a large garden with outdoor furniture in the courtyard. From here, you can easily make excursions to Sörmland's range of culture and beautiful nature. We welcome adult guests and children over 12 years of age. Sheets & towels are included.

Only about 200 meters from lake Skundern, we find this cozy red cottage of approximately 40 sqm. It has a large sun terrace where you can enjoy life and then head down to the lake where a rowing boat can be used. The house is situated on a large plot with a private entrance and views over fields and meadows. The distance to Stockholm is around 110km and Nyköping about 50km (Skavsta Airport). So you are close to everything and have the opportunity for everything from recreation to explorations!

You have a small beach, jetty and a souna on a jetty of your own. A small boat is also includes in wich ou can make trips along the lake. The house is very comfortable and has very relaxing atmosfer all year round!

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built vacation home (2023+2026) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings & gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre Nature Reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for relaxation. Enjoy a sauna, kayak trip, or cook together. There is plenty of space for socializing and wonderful dinners, as well as the opportunity to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds including bed linens and towels).

The cabin is located 400 meters off the main road, surrounded by forest and completely quiet. It’s a peaceful, private place in the forest. There are several beds, a full kitchen, and the cabin is heated with a wood-burning furnace or electric heaters. The bathroom includes a shower and washing machine. There’s no Wi-Fi, but mobile reception is great! Pets are welcome. The private driveway has plenty of space for several cars. It's 4 minutes from Malmköping and 15 minutes from Flen.

Wrap your day up with dinner and wine in the spacious kitchen, before you crash on the couch, slumbering to the crackling sounds of the fireplace.

The lake house at Långhalsen

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis next to Lake Långhalsen in an old 18th-century cottage that is modernly decorated on two floors. Living room with exit to the terrace, kitchen overlooking the lake, comfortable bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs with a total of five beds. Several patios with armchairs and sun loungers in all directions. Possibility to borrow a rowboat. You can use your own casting rod or fishing rod for lake fishing.

There you will find a swimming area, ski slope, cross-country ski track, shops and restaurants. On the property, there is an ice cream parlor with homemade ice cream, a conference facility for up to 50 people and a padel/squash hall in the former barn. Here you have both close to activities and nature.
