Only about 200 meters from lake Skundern, we find this cozy red cottage of approximately 40 sqm. It has a large sun terrace where you can enjoy life and then head down to the lake where a rowing boat can be used. The house is situated on a large plot with a private entrance and views over fields and meadows. The distance to Stockholm is around 110km and Nyköping about 50km (Skavsta Airport). So you are close to everything and have the opportunity for everything from recreation to explorations!

Had a very nice stay at Mats's place and it all worked out. You should only notice that there is no drinking water in the accommodation and you can refill a can about 300m from the accommodation. The landlord was very nice and helped with all problems, I was even able to borrow a bike from him when I asked. Is a perfect place for people who want their peace in nature.

The two nights in the small cottage were just perfect. The cabin was clean, well equipped + very cozy and homey! The surroundings were extremely quiet and the nature was just beautiful. If we had any questions, we could contact Maria. All in all highly recommended!

I am fully recovered after this stay with beautiful, protected nature, the sweet sauna right next to the shower and the swimming spot within 10min walking. A path leads through the preserved nature that brings you on the island with incredible views over the water. The pre-chopped wood provides warmth in the sauna and the living room.
