An excellent place to have a good time with your friends, very well maintained and everything is very clean. My only complaint is the street at the entrance, it is too steep and with the rains we could not go up to park our cars, we had to go to leave them somewhere else Other than that, everything is perfect and Rebeca is a super hostess along with Mr. Joaquín

We had a great family stay! The house is beautiful and very spacious, everything is very tidy. The administrator Sofia, who welcomed us, is a great and pleasant person! Always attentive! In my opinion, the only drawback is the cost of the boiler, which we paid for but the water was not at a good temperature. I understand that it's because of the weather, we had a lot of rain, but otherwise everything was great.

Upon arrival they offered us a pitcher with delicious water, the place is 10/10 to rest, very close to downtown Malinalco. You can go with your dog and love the place.

Everything is excellent. Highly recommended. Beautiful house. 100% attention from the host Gaby and Rodrigo. It is worth taking this excellent option for your weekend break or vacation. The pool is warm, large and clean.

Magnificent, a house with everything you need to have a good time and with plenty of amenities! Pedro is very friendly and responds quickly. The only thing I would change is not having to pay for the gas for heating, but I understand and that's the way it is with everything. A very quiet and pleasant place, ideal to relax, the views are impressive and the access if you go by car is very good. Carlos, Julia's husband, treated us in an excellent way, I feel that the photos do not do justice to the place since the place is more beautiful than in photos, it maintains the rustic atmosphere of Tepoztlán.

The property is spotless, clean, modern and very well appointed. Everything was just as described in the listing, and it even exceeded our expectations. The location is also perfect, quiet and at the same time close to the main points of interest. We really enjoyed the terrace. The bed was extremely comfortable, which allowed us to rest. The house is beautiful and is very nicely decorated and equipped. The pool can be heated and enjoyed to the fullest even in winter. Alonso is a very nice person and is always attentive to your needs. I think the only complicated thing is the access, not in our case because we had an off-road vehicle, but for cars it can be complicated. Really a very nice place if you're looking to disconnect and not be going out to town all the time. We'll be back!
