Sehr schöne, helle Wohnung genau so wie auf den Bildern. Modern eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Tolle Lage in einer ruhigen Gegend und nur 10 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Eine liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles.

Vedran is the best host I've encountered during our honeymoon trip to Croatia. He is responsive, even prepare a welcome gift for us which is so lovely. House is so clean, easy to checkin and nice private area with garage. He recommended some local restaurants also and we went two days in a row. Was the best steak I tried. If we come again to Zadar, we would stay here again. I really appreciate the host! Thank you Vedran🙏🙏😍

We spent four amazing days at Slavka's place. The apartment was very nice and clean, and we especially loved the terrace. Slavka is incredibly kind and always available to help. We highly recommend staying here!

Wir können diese schöne Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und wären gern länger geblieben. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr sauber, super ausgestattet und das Highlight ist der Balkon mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer. Der Zugang zum Meer ist direkt vorm Haus. Zu unserer Zeit war auf dem kleinen Betonstrand wenig los und das Schwimmen in der Adria super. Danica und ihr Mann sind sehr angenehme Gastgeber. Auch unser Hund hat dich direkt wohlgefühlt :)

Nada and her husband are so sweet and kind. They met us outside of the building and took us to the garage for parking, then showed us around the apartment even offered to give us a ride downtown. Apartment is spacious and super clean. Has a cute balcony. 20 mins walk to the old town, pretty enjoyable walk. Nada and her husband are thoughtful, prepared us complimentary water, sparkling water , juice and some coffee. The neighbourhood are all residential buildings, so very quiet. Check out process is also super smooth, they were very punctual. Waited us at the garage and opened the garage door for us. It was a wonderful stay. Definitely recommend !

Everything was perfect for us. The accommodation is clean, equipment in good quality, with everything you need, and sufficient space to place your wardrobe. it is 10 minutes by foot from the central bus station and 10 minutes by foot to the next beach. It is 25 minutes away from downtown, by foot, but there is a bus line, number two, which would take you there. It is in a perfectly calm, quiet environment, so a perfect sleep is guaranteed.

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang und eine brillante Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthaltes. Es wurde direkt geholfen, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten :-) Die Lage des Hauses ist in der schönen Natur Vranas und man kann dem Trubel entfliehen. Der eigene Pool trägt dazu bei. Zudem hat man einen Außengrill, um die schönen Abende abzurunden. Des Weiteren ist ein neues, zusätzliches Badezimmer vorhanden, welches auf den Bildern noch nicht erkenntlich ist! Es wird aber dringend ein Auto empfohlen, um Supermärkte, Strände usw. zu erreichen. Alles in Einem, war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir würden wiederkommen :-)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt bei Gloria. Sie hat immer schnell geantwortet, auf Nachfrage Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und die Familie, welche man auf dem Grundstück traf, war ebenfalls äußerst freundlich. Wir würden es jedem empfehlen.🥰

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus. Es war sehr sauber, die Betten gemütlich, Pool und Sauna traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Andrej war super. Der einzige deutliche Minuspunkt: Uns wurde auch auf mehrmalige eindringliche Bitte kein Babystuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Andrej sagte, dass er das selbst nicht entscheiden könne. Ich konnte wirklich nicht verstehen, wieso kein Stuhl angeschafft werden konnte. Für uns war das eine große Einschränkung/Herausforderung, weswegen ich das hier öffentlich mache, damit andere Eltern mit Kleinkind vorbereitet sind.

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

Wir durften vier Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbringen und haben uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und wunderbar ruhig – dennoch ist man in nur einer halben Stunde in Zadar, umgeben von traumhaften Olivenhainen. Die Terrasse mit dem großen Grill verleiht den Abenden das gewisse Etwas. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen, auch längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Goran und seine Familie haben ganze Arbeit geleistet – so freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber erlebt man selten. Wir suchten etwas Besonderes, und Goran hat dafür all seine Verbindungen genutzt. Am Abreisetag hat er uns völlig unerwartet überrascht – und unsere Suche damit beendet. 😊 Wow... Wir waren sprachlos und begeistert vom Einsatz der ganzen Familie! ❤️ Ein wunderbarer Ort, um Abende am Grill zu geniessen, in der Nähe von Zadar shoppen zu gehen oder Spaziergänge durch die Olivenhaine zu machen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen! DANKE

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Katharina war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Meer liegt zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt und befindet sich direkt neben einem tollen Restaurant. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Petit logement situé en bord de chemin pour entrer en 10 et 35min à pied des 2 entrées du parc Paklenica et également situé sur des pistes de vtt. Cette petite maison en pierre est d'un charme fou et rénovée avec soin le tout avec une belle touche de décoration notamment sur la magnifique terrasse. 2 chambres petites idéales pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Le logement est parfaitement équipé, il ne manque de rien. Surement très agréable en été par la fraicheur des pierres en fortes chaleurs. Douche avec pression et place de parking sous les arbres. A noté que la maison est dans un petit bourg en cours de rénovations d'une petite dizaine de maisons en pierres dont déjà 5/6 sont rénovées. La ville est située à 400m, de quoi se baigner à 15min à pied et un supermarché suffisant pour les vacances à 5min en voiture le tout à 15min de l'autoroute. Un logement parfait et adapté à des séjours pour randonneurs de quelques jours comme de plusieurs semaines.

El balcón (más bien terracita) donde desayunamos todos los días. La cama extragrande, fuí con una amiga y no nos molestamos, era como dormir solas. Las vistas desde la piscina (no la utilizamos porque hizo mucho aire, pero estaba limpía y disponible). El sr. que nos recibió super amable. Llegamos con el último ferry y aunque era tarde nos recibieron con una sonrisa. El agua no es potable, y nos ponían agua y cafe a disposición. El alojamiento es sencillo, pero muy cómodo, el parking fácil (me preocupaba bastante). Nos hemos quedado con ganas de disfrutar más, pero en la isla hay demasiadas cosas preciosas que ver. Si volvemos, repetiría, oir los grillos tomando el cafe fuera es un lujo. Hay varios gatos, pero te advierten que no los alimentes para que no vengan porque puede haber huespedes alergicos. The apartment is very well located, there is an amazing view from the balcony, everything is quite new and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The village is super cute. I highly recommend.

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Es wurde uns alles genau erklärt und es war sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage). WLAN war in Ordnung, zwischenzeitlich vlt etwas schwach und für Menschen die auf weicheren Matratzen schlafen, mag das Bett evtl etwas hart sein. Super schöne Wohnung und der Ausblick und der Zugang zum Wasser sind ein Highlight :)

Meine Familie und ich waren Ende September bei Marijana zu Gast. Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und war mit dem Pool ein entspanntes Erlebnis. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und brachte uns sogar regelmäßig frisches Obst aus Ihrem Garten und half uns mit vielen tollen Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist leider nicht wirklich zentral. In den umgebenen Dörfern gibt es zwar kleine Strände, jedoch sollte man bedenken ein Auto für die Erkundung zu haben, da es nahegelegen sehr ruhig ist und man etwas weiter raus fahren muss für mehr Aktion. Nichtsdestotrotz war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir verabschieden uns dankbar von Vrana, Kroatien. ❤️

Pobyt w apartamencie u Kristina w Bibinje był wspaniały. Dom położony przy samej plaży. Kontakt z Kristina rewelacyjny i natychmiastowy. Byliśmy tam z żona tydzień i było super. Sklepy niedaleko, bary i restauracje. Plaża czysta. Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie i zameldowanie. Apartament bardzo czysty. Było wszystko co potrzebne a nawet więcej. Świetna niespodzianka od gospodarza Kristina to przepyszne praliny i nalewka, które czekały na nas w apartamencie jak przybyliśmy. Na pewno tu wrócimy!
