Vacation rentals with a patio in Grad Zadar

We had a great time in Diklo! The apartment was cozy and has a great view of the sea, which we enjoyed every day from the balcony. Kata was very warm and helpful – we felt welcome right away! She speaks great German and gave us practical tips for the area. Particularly beautiful was the proximity to the sea, you can swim everywhere in the village, and the fresh mandarins from the garden. We can wholeheartedly recommend the place and Kata as a hostess! :)

Vedran is the best host I've encountered during our honeymoon trip to Croatia. He is responsive, even prepare a welcome gift for us which is so lovely. House is so clean, easy to checkin and nice private area with garage. He recommended some local restaurants also and we went two days in a row. Was the best steak I tried. If we come again to Zadar, we would stay here again. I really appreciate the host! Thank you Vedran🙏🙏😍

Anita's place was very nice. The apartment is quite small, but for two it is more cozy than cramped. On the balcony you can relax and spend one or two evenings with a wine or a beer. Most of the time we were traveling by car when we looked at Zadar and the surrounding area. Once we also walked to the city center. The walk takes about 40 minutes. Overall, it can be said that the property is in a very good location also for shopping. It is very nice with Anita and she is always quick and helpful to respond to questions.

The arrival went smoothly, all the necessary information was sent to us beforehand. We were met by the possessions who live on the ground floor of the apartment. We were shown the apartment very nicely and we also got a lot of tips for shopping right away. The apartment was super clean and also looked like in the photos. The listed amenities were also available. We also had no problems with the landlords that our dog (10 months old) was sometimes a little louder😅. The area is super quiet, everywhere you can find usable loungers and clean beaches.

It was such a lovely place, 11/10! This apartment is perfect for someone who wants to wake up and go out for a nice and relaxing beach day with amazing views. There were resturants that were super nice with good food a minute away walking and a small shop where you could buy essentials like shampo, groceries, etc (everything you might need). The buss station was right outside the apartment where you also could go to Pag (very nice beaches) and Zadar centrum (old town, shopping, beaches), both are super nice plces that everyone should visit. But honestly, the host made the experience perfect for us. She was so kind, our buss never arrived and she offered to drive us to Zadar (30km). She is so kind, helpful, caring and much more. If we are ever nearby again, we will stop here for a place to stay 100%. I so much recommend to book with Suncica, because this apartment is exactly what you are looking for. Bozidar is a great host, he really cared for guests, his apartment is in excellent condition, when we first stepped in, we were like… wow !!! It was so clean AND so private !!! In Zadar we need to rent a car, so we did, and his parking area is no problem…. Any way, we just love it because it was beautiful, clean and easy to move around with a car. Bozidar even gave us a free cherry bucket he picked it in his back yard. Thanks a lot. Hope to see you next time.

We loved our stay in this beautiful spacious home. There was plenty of space and everything was spik and span and well equipped. The host was quick to respond to questions and also the check-in and check-out went smoothly. Recommended!

The apartment was really nice and well-equipped. We were lucky to be the only tenants in the house for the whole week and we got to keep our little beach to ourselves. It was good to communicate with Stipe and the apartment was also very nice and the sea view was just amazing. It should also be mentioned that the outer wall of the house was 3 meters away from the winding road and about 100 loud motorcycles were roaring past the house every day. Sometimes the atmosphere was like being on a racetrack. It was quiet and comfortable at night. The water was wonderfully clear and the backyard was a great place to swim.

Beautiful house with great pool and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts who responded quickly to questions or comments every time. Small or slightly larger supermarkets are a maximum of 5 minutes away. Restaurants are also not far away. Nevertheless, the surroundings are always quiet and you can enjoy your vacation without any problems. All in all, there is nothing to complain about and I recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful tiny house in Preko with a small garden and two terraces. You will enjoy it there. Highly recommended.

This is the villa dreams are made of. Every detail is taken care of inside the villa with lovely furnishings and super comfortable beds. The roof terrace is a dream, we only tried the hot tub once as it was so warm when we were there but I can imagine it’s gorgeous on cooler nights. So close to the sea and a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely owners - would definitely return

Very central location, only 10 min from Zadar and the airport, everything super clean and tidy, great pool, uncomplicated check in and out, several shops nearby, quiet area. We had a lovely holiday

Very friendly and very helpful host. Very flexible checkin. Communication responses fast.There is a balcony to use with an amazing view. Aircon excellent, as was the Wi-Fi. A fridge was a big bonus to keep our drinks cool .Thankyou Iva !

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!

Jasna's place was perfect, beautiful to be, the neighborhood, just everything! The location is great for those who want privacy. Jasna and her husband are very kind and friendly people, and they're at your fingertips anytime. I recommend the place to all ten. Great!

Staying at Kristina's apartment in Bibinje was great. A beachfront home. Contact with Kristina is sensational and immediate. My wife and I were there for a week and it was great. Shops nearby, bars and restaurants. The beach is clean. Hassle-free accommodation and check-in. The apartment was very clean. There was everything you needed and more. A great surprise from host Kristina is delicious pralines and tincture that were waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. We'll definitely be back!
