Nikolina was very friendly, helpful and share with a lot of recommendations. The apartament was very clean, exactly like on the photos even better! Our stay was fantastic!

Very nice place to stay to visit Zadar. The host is so kind and thoughtful, they made sure we had some food even when the supermarkets were closed because of a national holiday.

Iva's place is a real home from home - there was everything you could possibly need for a holiday. The apartment is spacious but cosy. The kitchen is really well stocked, with plenty of pots and pans, plates, cups and utensils. Having a washing machine was a great bonus - as was the lovely deep bath. The balcony gets the sun all day. As others have said, there are a few bars on the street below which are noisy until after 1am. I am a light sleeper and I wear earplugs every night and it did still disturb me somewhat, but my husband (who doesn't use earplugs) slept absolutely fine. Other than that the location is perfect - bang in the centre of town, close to shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, the sea front (unmissable at sunset) and there's a nice park right next door which is great for a shady run. Iva is a great host, very responsive. the apartment is very secure with locked gates and a key card for the lift. We had a lovely time here - thank you Iva!

Amazing place right in the heart of the city, communication was perfect, and a huge plus during the hottest time of the year was the AC and that it cooled the apartment down very quickly!! We had an amazing stay thank you😊👍

The apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you need for your stay, and Zvonimir was very kind and always available to help us and meet our needs. The location is perfect for visiting Zadar on foot and close enough to the beaches; we parked easily around the house.

The apartment is superbly furnished, has a large terrace with a fantastic view. The infinity pool with a view over the sea is in a very beautifully maintained garden. The location of the property directly by the sea, with stairs to the private, concreted lounging area with sun loungers and parasol is exceptionally beautiful. The beach is flat and the ground mostly sandy. The landlady Vesna has decorated the apartment with a lot of love, and everything is functional and generous. Water, orange juice and milk were ready in the cold refrigerator. Ivan discreetly ensures the cleanliness of the pool and garden area every day. Vesna and Ivan are very warm hosts and are always trying to give guests maximum privacy, we had the pool area and the beach area to ourselves.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect — just a 4–5 minute walk to beautiful beaches, with great bars and restaurants nearby, and close to the bus stop. The house was super clean, well-equipped, and the terrace with the sea view was a real highlight. Tina was a fantastic host!very responsive, kind, and supportive throughout. Highly recommended!

Looking for a week in paradise? Do yourself a favour and book a week at Olivera’s. The sea is across a tiny street from the pad. You are on the sea. Start every day and end every day with a swim. Get fresh fish at the fish market (open til 11am), hike around the island. It’s glorious!

The stay at Goran‘s place was great! His very sweet mother who lives in the building welcomed us and showed us everything. The place is perfect for 2 people who want to explore the surrounding areas. The kitchen is equipped pretty basic, you do need to bring some spices and something to make coffee in. Everything else was great for some easy cooking. The area is only 5 minutes with the car from Nin, which is a charming small town. Because we were there off-season, end of September, a lot of restaurants in this area were closed, but it was no problem for us to drive 5 minutes into Nin. Thank you again for the lovely stay!

Staying in Zadar at Tomislav's place was truly an amazing experience! The apartment had everything we could possibly need while on holiday — even thoughtful kitchen and bathroom amenities that made us feel right at home. The house is spacious enough for 6 people, giving us plenty of room to relax either in the cozy living room or out on the balcony. The beach and shops are conveniently close by, making everything easily accessible. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful stay on the Croatian seaside!

The apartment was perfectly clean and well equiped. There was everything you could need. It was really close to the sea - 30seconds to the sea and same to 3 supermarkets, what was a great advantage. Also there were reastaurants, icecream.. Very nice sandy beach suitable for kids was only few minutes of walking from the apartment. We couldnt imagine better place for us as a familly with 3 children.

Aldo was the most incredible, helpful and kind host! He helped us out a lot during a difficult situation, and we are so grateful for his generosity. He showed us into the apartment, gave us local recommendations, and his family also gave us fresh figs from their garden! Such a beautiful and clean space, with lots of room and an outdoor section to sit and have a coffee. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the hot tub impressed us. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall it was a really great trip!

Marina and Tomislav are the most friendly and kind hosts I have ever met! They gave us a very warm welcome and recommendations. I loved that there are two bathrooms in the house. I also liked the kitchen. We didn't cook, but we had simple breakfast there. It has the home feeling. We enjoyed our stay because it's a peaceful environment. It's not walkable to the old town, but that's totally fine. We just Uber to the old town. You don't want to drive to the old town area anyways because of no parking. Thank you Marina and Tomislav for sharing your house with us!

Martin's apartment is very nice and clean: it has everything you need. You can park directly in front. There are all the amenities nearby. Martin was very accommodating on check-in and check-out times, thank you! I highly recommend this listing in Zadar.

The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped! It’s a bit further from the Old Town, but still within easy walking distance, and there are shops nearby for convenience. Luka was very friendly and welcoming, and his dog was absolutely lovely!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Hidden from busy main streets but close to everywhere, clean and with beautiful garden. Our kids loved feeding turtles in the garden and sitting in the swing ❤️

a very nice stay. the view from the balcony is great and the day bed super relaxing. the apartment is very well equipped. the beach in front of the apartment can get a bit crowded. just walk to the right side for 5 minutes andnit is even nicer.

We had very nice time, Vera and her family are wonderful people. The apartment is nice and tidy. The water melon they gave us were the best we ever tried. They are very hospitable people. Will definitely recommend this host. My sister had a trouble with their car. Vera and her dad helped with recovery services and recommended mechanic. He done a miracle. Thank you for all.

We had a lovely five nights in Preko. Vjeran met us at the ferry and it was a quick three minute walk to the apartment. Lovely bright spacious place with two big bedrooms, nice seabreezes and a shady terrace for afternoons. He had left us a lovely platter of prosciutto and delicious local cheese and cherries, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect, quiet away from the busy center which thankfully isn’t very busy in June, but close to the beaches and walkable even to Kali. Our best dining experience was at Barbara Konoba just around the corner from the apartment. Definitely recommend for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle in a great central location.
