The entrance is shared with the one of the apartment below, you can access it from a shared pedestrian gate and then have to climb a stone staircase that takes you to the first floor of the house where there is one of the two terraces. Each apartment has one double bedroom, a large kitchen/living room with one couch bed and one bathroom with a shower. The apartment B also has one built in mezzanine with a two single beds. The house has been renewed in 2019, but its colors and frames have been kept unchanged just the way they were 100 years ago. You will be assigned Casa Rosa A or B depending on availability.

At Gian's house, the perfect base

Relax in this peaceful and centrally-located place. 20 meters from the main amenities and the bus stop, after 5:00 pm the bus stops within a 5-minute walk. Despite the centrality, the house is reserved enough to make you forget everything else. Punta Scario Beach, one of the most beautiful beach on the island of Salina, is a 15 minutes walk.
