This pleasingly configured old farmhouse accommodates twelve guests in six bedrooms, three of which are downstairs, converted from what was originally the cantina, each with double beds and doors to the outside. These three bedrooms share a shower/bathroom and a separate shower room and bathroom products are provided in every bathroom. Upstairs one double bedroom is en-suite and two other double bedrooms, both of which can be converted into twin rooms on request, share a spacious bathroom.

Luogo ideale anche per visitare Le Cinque Terre, la Versilia il Golfo dei Poeti , raggiungibili in circa 30 minuti, oppure escursioni in giornata anche nelle città d'arte come Pisa Firenze e Genova in circa un'ora sia in macchina che in treno.

The house in the village, a characteristic stone apartment in the heart of Lunigiana, is only a 30-minute drive from the wonders of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines (Cerreto Laghi, Lagastrello Pass, the castles of Lunigiana) and the beautiful coastal destinations such as the 5 Terre and Porto Venere. Thanks to its strategic location (2 minutes from the Aulla highway exit), the house in the village allows those who love hiking to stop along the famous Via Francigena route.

The house is located in a strategic point to reach the Gulf of La Spezia with its pearls Lerici and Portovenere and the nearby Cinque Terre. It is on one level with a large outdoor space dedicated to our guests equipped with an oven and barbecue for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. Its interior consists of a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and large window, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a closet and a small but well-equipped kitchen.
