Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The proximity to the beach and private pool were handy day time activities. Great restaurants nearby and friendly and helpful villa staff. Special shout out to Mowgli, the resident pup, who kept us entertained.

The villa was perfect for our family and very close from cleaner beaches in Goa. It was spacious and super clean. Check in check out on time and the host was very friendly. He helped us to get grocery and any other need we have. Highlight of the trip was swimming pool. Kids had blast in the pool

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

Located within a gated community full of lush greenery. The villa is perfectly appointed and well maintained , full of homely positive vibes. Khushboo is an awesome host and made sure our entire experience was hassle free and memorable. The river being just a few steps away from the house makes the locale feel magical. Beach, restaurants, shopping choices are all nearby adding to the convenience.

This was our third visit to Shubhada's property and as usual it was a pleasure to have spent a short stay there. In fact my super senior citizen father who travels with us for this trip annually; now insists on this booking and very year I log in to Air BNB with the hope it is available. This was a different property from the one we had stayed earlier albeit in the same location so her tribe is growing and we wish her the very best for further growth. looking forward to spend time in a new property next year.

One of the best value for money Airbnbs I have stayed in Goa. Spacious living room and pool, charming bedrooms and top notch maintenance by the staff. A cook was also arranged for us in no time and breakfast was delicious. 8 mins drive to Candolim situated in a peaceful location. I would definitely come back for a longer stay. Thank you Sharvil ☺️

I had a wonderful stay at The Rustic Vilaa in Goa! The villa perfectly blends comfort with a charming, earthy aesthetic that feels both cozy and luxurious. The location is peaceful yet close enough to explore popular beaches and local hotspots. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The private pool and outdoor space were highlights—perfect for relaxing with friends. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Highly recommend for a serene Goan getaway!

Craig's place is absolutely stunning! The backyard river is magical and creates such a peaceful atmosphere. Shankar was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made everything seamless. The property is beautifully maintained and the location is perfect for unwinding. Parking is a bit tight, but we had no issues fitting our Creta SUV with careful maneuvering. Highly recommend this gem - we're already planning our next visit!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We booked Sunflower Villa for a relaxing, fun weekend getaway with just the girls -- and it was perfect. Having already stayed at Louisa before, our expectations were high and we're happy to say that they were all met. Peaceful, relaxing, full of lovely plants and birds, and adding to that, the super helpful staff made this the best weekend trip we've had in a while.

Found Ally's place very comfortable and clean . The kitchen was well equipped. It also has grocery stores and good restaurants just a few mts away. Ally also recommended us some lovely places .

As usual, Shoba lavished her gift of hospitality on us. A more generous and caring Airbnb hostess would be hard to find. An added plus to renting here is that Shoba runs a snack place/restaurant downstairs. Many times when we were just too tired to cook, we ordered from the restaurant and Shoba cooked up some very tasty dishes for us. She is an outstanding cook. Our review by the pros and cons: Pros: 1)Tasty meals from restaurant 2) Shoba's hospitality 3) peace and quiet 4) large kitchen 5) on-site resident cat (Pena) and parrot (Beno) to love on. Cons: 1) Neighborhood is prone to power outages 2) Livingroom and kitchen can get a bit warm - bedrooms however are fine with AC units in each room 3) not unique to Shoba's is the common practice of burning garbage outside - can be an aggravation for folks with respiratory issues. For us, the pros outweigh the cons and we have already booked her place for next year. I highly recommend Shoba's Place.

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Host Elton's property is located in South Goa. It's a newly constructed independent bungalow and easily accessible by road. It's slightly interior with a nice neighborhood as well. Property is fully furnished with Three Spacious bedrooms, Attached Bathrooms and also a nice balcony facing the paddy fields/ lake.All the attached bathrooms have hot water facilitythroughout. Living room is also quite big enough to accommodate a group of 6. Kitchen is semi furnished with utensils, gas stove, microwave, crockery sets. There's a very nice sit out area that adds to the beauty of the property. Two Cars can be easily parked inside the property. Overall, it's definitely worth staying in this property. Mr Elton was really helpful right from the time of booking the property till we vacated.. Our 3 day stay in the property seemed like we spent a few hours. It was very memorable as it was my Dad's FIRST VISIT TO GOA. He really loved the hospitality of the host and has plans of visiting again

The villa was same as described in the listed pictures. The villa was well decorated and clean with big spacious room, which made them quite comfortable and pool was also clean.

We had a truly pleasant stay at this place! Check-in was absolutely smooth - everything in the house was shown and clearly explained, thanks to Mr. Lochan! Plus he gave a helpful scooter tour around for shops and other, and assisted in arranging my own rent a bike. The communication was excellent throughout, both before arrival and during the stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully. The house itself was cozy, very neat and clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen, though compact, was perfectly equipped so it had all the essentials for daily. All appliances, including iron, tv, A/C etc worked just fine. The overall atmosphere inside this gated society was calm and safe. One of the best parts was how incredibly close the sea was, that exit gate literally opens onto the beach. It takes just 2–3 minutes to get there on foot. I’m also especially grateful to Mr. Brian for his kindness and support - even he helped me with ride to hospital once I was in need

This villa in South Goa was the perfect place for a peaceful getaway, especially during the rainy season. Surrounded by lush greenery, it felt calm and refreshing — exactly what we were looking for. The villa is beautifully done, spacious, and comes with all the modern amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the garden and enjoying the sound of the rain. It’s a great spot for a slow, nature-filled staycation. Definitely recommending it to friends!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. Vidita our host was very proactive and made everything seamless. The location was easy to find and the overall vibe was warm and welcoming. We only stayed for a night as we had a flight the next day but we wish we had more time.

Stayed at the property as family ( 4 adults 2 kids )for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay ! Even before we checked in the clear direction to property helped a lot. The place is absolutely new (just like pics) and was spotless when we checked in. You could easily make out someone decorated the place with lot of love and modern aesthetics. Caretaker Narayan was already at the property and made sure it was handed over to us in pristine condition. Every single area of property is planned for the most comfortable stay ! loved the modern kitchen with full utensils & cutlery . Bedrooms were well lit and had a cozy vibe ! - had a sitout balcony which is great . living room onhad a home theatre and big tv which kids loved ! The pool is private and absolutely clean even considering it's monsoon season. Markets are close by & delivery for food is available ! Absolutely recommended ! Julie was quick for any query 😊. Ample parking space ! Safe gated ! quiet neighborhood! loved walking around!

This is a fantastic place to stay in if you want an authentic Goan vibe. Take this from a fellow Goenkar from Australia who had been to Goa 7 times. The house in Navelim away from the busy streets but a short 10 minute walk to the main municpality area where the shop/ groceries / sweets are. Ideal for Goa Supershow ICN bodybuilding stay (which was the reason for my visit). Has microwave, induction cooker, gas stove, fridge and more to get you through. Desiree (Host) and Mrs Rebello (house local contact) were very attentive to my messages and my requests which was greatly appreciated. Lots of bottled water and extra treats were a nice touch. Please ensure you are specific with guest numbers as no bedding provided for additional room if only 1-2 guests (We were two). Highly recommended for a true Goan / Portugese feel in a modern built house with AC.

We had an amazing time at Nitin and Abhishek’s Villa. Right from the initial booking till the check-out, everything was communicated promptly and very well. The caretakers at the property were very polite and helpful and accommodated all our requests. The villa itself was very spacious and clean and looked even better than the photos! We loved the pool attached to the property, the amenities provided were also great as we were able to cook for ourselves too. The location is right in the centre of Calangute, everything was extremely accessible and places like Assagao and Anjuna were just 20 minutes away. Would recommend this Villa to both family and friends and will definitely be back.
