Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

The best host and family i have ever met. The place is outstanding the perfect blend of farm, beach and old portugal. the host outstanding not to mention the numerous animals from birds to horses . Dr pinto and his family went way beyond any expectation a must goan experience. for anyone. Great place for kids to learn about animals and farms and also for people to get away from a busy life. the best part beach is 5 minutes away and market and eating joints are nearby yet you feel cocooned in greenery and quiet

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

The place is a little hard to locate but it is tranquil. An old Portuguese style house with excellent rooms, good natural light and ventilation.

Well we had an amazing stay at Asha's place in the heart of calangute . Location was ideal since it's was walking distance to beach, bustling markets, restaurant etc yet villa surrounding was very peaceful and serene. Big and nice pool with full privacy to relax and have fun. Rehman our caretaker was very helpful and arranged food & vehicles for us. Villa was maintained well, nice and clean, very homely . Host was very kind and regularly kept in touch with us and ensured we are comfortable. Overall we loved our stay n enjoyed alot ,created life time memories . Can't wait to come back as it was a very short stay . thanks alot .

We had an amazing and a very great stay at this property. The check in was seemless and Vaibhav was very proactive and always available whenever we needed any info / help. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities listed in the website. The perk of the property was that it was very close to the beach ( approx 300 mts ) and we had a fantastic time there . The beach is very pristine and serene with some good shacks and lovely food available. Overall it was an amazing experience and we enjoyed our vacation thoroughly ! Would love to go back again .

Excellent Family-Friendly Stay in Goa! Rating: 5/5 We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property in Goa with my family! The property is extremely clean and well-maintained. The secured parking space was a huge plus, and caretaker Sonu was always just a call away. John is a great host, super responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. The property has all necessary amenities, and the spacious air-conditioned living room was perfect for relaxing. The super clean washroom and balcony with pool view were added bonuses! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Goa's beautiful beaches and attractions. One minor suggestion: consider replacing the induction cooktop with a gas stove. As a family, we sometimes needed to cook proper meals quickly. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Goa. The host's exceptional hospitality makes this property truly stand out! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

We had a nice stay at this cozy flat, the caretaker was very helpful and the flat is in a good location also.

We had a great time, as the place was spacious, extremely clean, and, most importantly, within walking distance of the beach. The swimming pool also added to our experience. At the same time, parking is a challenge. While there was an option for preset breakfast, we didn't avail ourselves of it due to the lack of variety and price. In-house kitchen and Blinkit deliveries took care of the morning needs. The host, Sunaina, was highly responsive and supportive. Overall, it's a highly recommended place.

Some stays leave you with memories, but staying with Mr. Dicosta and his family left us with warmth in our hearts. From the very first moment — when they came all the way to receive us at the ferry — we knew this wasn’t just a regular Airbnb experience. It was something truly special. Mr. Dicosta welcomed us with cold beers, and he made sure my mother felt at home with her favorite cold drinks. But what truly moved us was his wife’s kindness — she walked just to get chicken patties especially for us, a gesture so small yet so full of love that it will stay with us forever. It didn’t feel like we were guests. It felt like we were visiting long-lost family. Their kindness, generosity, and open hearts turned our trip into something we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Mr. Dicosta and family, for not just opening your home to us — but also your hearts. We came as strangers and left with lifelong memories.

Very happy with our stay. We were a family of 4 - having our own kitchen, 2 bathrooms and pool were perfect for our needs. Nice and clean. Thanks for arranging the cab to collect us from the airport. Miliana and the property manager were responsive. Happy to return. Apartment is only 5-10 min walk to the beach with plenty of beach shacks. Friendly locals in this nice quiet village. She had shared all the relevant details well in advance ... how to get there, care takers details, who to contact for local transport, which are the nice places & restaurants to go to etc. We had a wonderful stay. Felt right at home. The house is well appointed, neat & clean. It has very peaceful surroundings which is exactly what me & my wife were looking for. We will surely recommend to our friends

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in South Goa. I traveled with my 2-year-old son and 80+ year-old grandmother and this villa made it truly memorable. The beach view from the terrace is stunning, and the villa itself is spotless and extremely well maintained. Mr. Agnelo, the host, went above and beyond with his hospitality — welcoming us with breakfast, fruits, and refreshments. Although the regular caretaker Mr. Deepak was on leave, he stayed in touch daily to ensure we were comfortable. His replacement, Mr. Bedden, was incredibly helpful and always available within minutes. One night, when my son had a small fall, I asked for a few ice cubes — Mr. Bedden arrived within 5 minutes with a generous amount. Such care and attentiveness made all the difference. Highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Goa. Thank you, Mr. Agnelo, Mr. Deepak, and Mr. Bedden for making our holiday so special. Will definitely return!
