Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Maisons-Alfort

Dit verblijf was echt super, zoals op de fotos is het ook echt. Misschien nog wel mooier. Veel ruimte en alles goed verzorgd. Twee mooie slaapkamers met veel kastruimte. Zeer mooie en nette badkamer en keuken. Alleen jammer dat er niet is gezegd dat het op de 4de verdieping is het appartement. Zonder lift... Vanaf het gebouw ben je snel bij de buslijn die je naar het metrostation brengt. Super handig, wij hebben niets met de auto gedaan. Al met al zeer tevreden en misschien komen wij nog wel een keer terug. Donia en Leila hartstikke bedankt voor de hele goede service op afstand haha. Groet van Diana ( Catharina ).

Das Appartement von Janet ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist ruhig gelegen und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es fehlt an nichts. Janet ist sehr freundlich, war sehr flexibel was die Schlüsselübergabe angeht und hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Muy bueno el departamento, era cómodo, fácil de acceder, tiene secadora nos tocaron unos días de lluvia y nos ayudó mucho a poder tener ropa seca, la zona era bastante tranquila por las noches no se escuchaban ni un ruido asique se podía dormir muy bien el sofá cama fue bastante cómodo

I highly recommend Mathéo’s place. The Airbnb experience was really professional and Mathéo was reallyhelpful during my stay. The area is really charming with a close by coffee bar, boulangeries, fresh market etc. There is also a great and beautiful park nearby that is perfect to start the day with a walk or running. Downtown Paris is close by, it took me a 22 minutes bike ride to get to Bastille easily but metro M8 is also really convenient option to reach the city. Oh and from the bedroom window you can even see the Eiffel tower :)

Our stay was lovely from our first day all the way through to end. César was extremely patient and kind during our exchange ahead of checking in despite how much I may have bothered him about being able to check in early. The apartment was clean with everything you needed in various cupboards. It really felt like a home away from home. Most importantly the shower pressure and temperature was impeccable and perfect after a long day sightseeing. The neighbourhood is delightful and makes the 10-15 minute walk to the train station seem so much shorter. Roughly 20-25 minutes into Paris on the Metro. For those with children there is a lovely park and playground nearby. We had a lovely lunch at Pizza del Piano on our first day and the food was great with an even better price tag. Can’t recommend enough. Can’t recommend César and his home enough!

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen mit einer Parkanlage, schönen Restaurants und einer sehr leckeren Bäckerei. Bis zur S-Bahn waren es 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Super Anbindung um nach Paris zu fahren. Wahab war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder einchecken.

We loved our stay in Amelie’s apartment. It is a little hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. It was just like you see in the photos. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (including loads of food supplies), there was a gorgeous little balcony (it was too hot when we were there to sit out but it would be fabulous in cooler weather). As I said, it was very hot when we were there. The apartment was warm but with the plug in fans it was fine. Amelie was the best host ever. Very friendly and helpful. When we had a problem with the shower (not her fault - the boiler broke for all the flats in the building due to the heat!) she was responsive and apologetic and let us know as soon as it was sorted. There are supermarkets, restaurants and boulangeries out on the main street about 5 minutes away. Metro also about a 5 minute walk Most of all, it just feels very Parisian - the opposite to staying in some sort of boring chain hotel.

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Everything was very good. Good apartment for the money. Convenient and cheap (2.5 euros) to get to the center of Paris without transfers on one metro line. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the metro. Very responsive owner. He responded to all our requests and questions quickly and in a friendly manner. We will definitely come back again. We didn't have time to see everything in a week!

Séjour parfait dans une maison impeccable, propre et très bien équipée. L’endroit est calme, agréable et conforme à l’annonce. Le propriétaire est très réactif. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie! Dom przepiękny, przestronny, świetnie urządzony i w pełni wyposażony. Luksusowe łazienki, wygodne łóżka i kuchnia idealna do przygotowywania śniadań i kolacji. Do tego piękny ogród – idealne miejsce na relaks. Świetna przestrzeń do wspólnego spędzania czasu: bilard, piłkarzyki, dużo miejsca dla dzieci i dorosłych. Tarik to fantastyczny gospodarz – serdeczny, pomocny i bardzo zaangażowany. Na powitanie czekał na nas kosz owoców, soki, woda i pyszne słodkie bułeczki – piękny gest. Czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Z całego serca polecamy ten dom – jeśli wrócimy do Paryża, to tylko tutaj!

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Above all, it was the kindness and attentiveness of our host, Marc san, that made this stay an unforgettable experience. Best, Haruo from Tokyo

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Martine. Le logement est agréable, très bien aménagé et parfaitement conforme à la description. L’accès à Paris est très facile grâce à l’arrêt de bus situé juste devant la maison, qui mène directement à la gare de Chelles pour prendre le RER E. Martine est une hôte agréable, discrète, humaine et à l’écoute. Elle m’a très bien accueilli. Je recommande vivement son logement !

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!
