Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Maisons-Alfort

This stay was really great, as in the photos it is also real. Maybe even more beautiful. Lots of space and everything well taken care of. Two beautiful bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Very nice and tidy bathroom and kitchen. Just a pity that it has not been said that it is on the 4th floor the apartment. Without elevator... From the building you are quickly at the bus line that takes you to the metro station. Super convenient, we didn't do anything by car. All in all very satisfied and maybe we'll come back again. Janet's apartment is highly recommended. It is quiet and furnished with a lot of love. The equipment is very good and nothing is missing. Janet is very friendly, was very flexible about the key handover and responded very quickly to messages. We will be happy to come back!

Very good apartment, it was comfortable, easy to access, it has a dryer. We had a few rainy days and it helped us a lot to be able to have dry clothes. The area was quite quiet at night, you couldn't hear a sound, so you could sleep very well. The sofa bed was quite comfortable

I highly recommend Mathéo’s place. The Airbnb experience was really professional and Mathéo was reallyhelpful during my stay. The area is really charming with a close by coffee bar, boulangeries, fresh market etc. There is also a great and beautiful park nearby that is perfect to start the day with a walk or running. Downtown Paris is close by, it took me a 22 minutes bike ride to get to Bastille easily but metro M8 is also really convenient option to reach the city. Oh and from the bedroom window you can even see the Eiffel tower :)

Our stay was lovely from our first day all the way through to end. César was extremely patient and kind during our exchange ahead of checking in despite how much I may have bothered him about being able to check in early. The apartment was clean with everything you needed in various cupboards. It really felt like a home away from home. Most importantly the shower pressure and temperature was impeccable and perfect after a long day sightseeing. The neighbourhood is delightful and makes the 10-15 minute walk to the train station seem so much shorter. Roughly 20-25 minutes into Paris on the Metro. For those with children there is a lovely park and playground nearby. We had a lovely lunch at Pizza del Piano on our first day and the food was great with an even better price tag. Can’t recommend enough. Can’t recommend César and his home enough!

A really nice place. Quietly located with a park, beautiful restaurants and a very delicious bakery. It was a 3-minute walk to the S-Bahn. Great connection to go to Paris. Wahab was very friendly and always easy to reach. We would check back in here anytime.

We loved our stay in Amelie’s apartment. It is a little hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. It was just like you see in the photos. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (including loads of food supplies), there was a gorgeous little balcony (it was too hot when we were there to sit out but it would be fabulous in cooler weather). As I said, it was very hot when we were there. The apartment was warm but with the plug in fans it was fine. Amelie was the best host ever. Very friendly and helpful. When we had a problem with the shower (not her fault - the boiler broke for all the flats in the building due to the heat!) she was responsive and apologetic and let us know as soon as it was sorted. There are supermarkets, restaurants and boulangeries out on the main street about 5 minutes away. Metro also about a 5 minute walk Most of all, it just feels very Parisian - the opposite to staying in some sort of boring chain hotel.

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Everything was very good. Good apartment for the money. Convenient and cheap (2.5 euros) to get to the center of Paris without transfers on one metro line. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the metro. Very responsive owner. He responded to all our requests and questions quickly and in a friendly manner. We will definitely come back again. We didn't have time to see everything in a week!

Everything at the highest level! Beautiful, spacious, well-decorated and fully equipped house. Luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds and a kitchen perfect for preparing breakfast and dinner. In addition, a beautiful garden – the perfect place to relax. Great space for spending time together: billiards, foosball, plenty of space for children and adults. Tarik is a fantastic host – warm, helpful and very committed. A basket of fruit, juices, water and delicious sweet rolls awaited us as a welcome – a beautiful gesture. We felt really cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend this house – if we return to Paris, it will only be here!

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Had a great time at Martine's place. The accommodation is nice, very well-appointed and as described. Access to Paris is very easy thanks to the bus stop located just in front of the house, which leads directly to Chelles train station to take the RER E. Martine is a pleasant, discreet, human and attentive host. She welcomed me very warmly. I would definitely recommend their place!

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again.
