The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I will recommend the house to anyone who wants a nice place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is completely fenced, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. You can play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and still relax. Thank you and I will be back in the future :)

Our stay was impeccable, thanks to the wonderful place and also to Suy, a kind and caring host, who welcomed us with great affection and was always available to help, without ever failing to respect our privacy. The place is a true refuge in nature! The property is surrounded by a quiet lake, with lots of vegetation and a serene atmosphere that made us relax from the first moment. Despite being a space surrounded by nature, the access was easy and very well guided by Suy, who gave us all the instructions necessary to arrive without difficulty. Another positive point is that Suy resides in the same terrain, which brings enormous convenience, because it is always around if we need something, but without interfering with our privacy, since it is the same ground, it is far from the house. The communal area and pool are well taken care of and provide a perfect space to rest and enjoy the peace of the place. We're definitely going back!

We love the property, the house is well located, with enough beds for our family, well-equipped leisure area, barbecue, ping pong table. We didn't use the pool because it was raining and cold, but we used the fire pit and made a fire the 3 days we stayed. We simply love and intend to return. And a super important detail, the owner is Corinthian and that already deserves 5 stars.

The house is delicious , the place is very quiet and great for resting. We hired Bianca housekeeper during our stay and it was great!

Everything was impeccable and equipped with what we needed: kitchen utensils, linens, towels — everything was very well cared for and tidy. The location is also great, with easy access and in a quiet area. The host Emíly was very attentive and always made herself available to help us. The independent entrance is a differential that guaranteed more comfort and privacy. I definitely recommend it!

Attentive host. I had a problem in the early hours of the morning with noisy neighbors and I texted the Host, who was ready to resolve it. The place is very simple, it doesn't offer luxury, but everything went well. I suggest the Host create a fine system or charge a fee for guests who do not respect the rules. Everything's fine!

We went in 2 couples and we were very well installed. The beds are comfortable, it was cold and we had a blanket and covers available. It didn't even feel like we were on Av. Paulista, it was very peaceful, we accessed several tours because we were so well located. Ana was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!

The accommodation is the same as the pictures, this beautiful apartment is located in the downtown area, close to many tourist areas, and it also has transportation nearby. It's very nice and pleasant, the apartment is very good. Highly recommended.
