The location exactly matches the photos. Although compact, the spaces are very well used, it is well decorated and has an excellent lighting design, which makes the experience very pleasant. Cassio is a great host. He responds to everything very quickly and is very kind. The bed and bath linens are new and of high quality. Highlights: the location and the excellent shower. For those who are bothered by brightness at dawn, unfortunately the blinds and curtains do not block 100%, but nothing that is a negative point. We will certainly be staying onsite again.

Pictures will never do this place justice. This place was so beautiful and clean!! Hosts were so easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great location we walked all over the neighborhood with no issues. As with any new location keep aware of your surroundings.

Overall, we loved the experience in the penthouse! It was what we were looking for and we would certainly return if we went to the city again. I just wish I had known that the apartment is quite noisy and has no sealing on the windows, in addition the shower in the master bedroom was not working… these were not things that hindered our experience but we would have liked to have known beforehand

The appartment is amazing! 180° panoramic view of the city center, inspiring decoration and lighting. Ideal for couples and for photo shoots. I already know where to stay when I return to SP!

The atmosphere is really as described in the listing (cozy, beautiful and organized). The host responded quickly and clarified all our doubts. The concierge team is also very helpful, attentive and kind. Regarding the neighborhood's safety… there are many homeless people and drug users scattered around the square (something common in any Brazilian state), but just be cautious and don't fool around. Finally, the stay was good and I would possibly stay in the same place again.

We arrived at the accommodation 3 hours before check-in and Luciano kindly let us check in early. The loft is centrally located, close to several tourist attractions. The loft is exactly like the listing photos. We loved the stay and would recommend Luciano's accommodation.

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The room on the second floor has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very helpful in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

Edgard and his wife's house is sensational. Very well distributed and pleasant. Spacious rooms, clean and fragrant linens, a super clean house and an incredible gourmet area, with a beautiful view. The sunrise I saw there was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. I highly recommend it!

Alexandre and Luciana were very attentive since before we closed the house, until we left. The house served us very well during the stay, it has everything! Swimming pool, barbecue, several bedrooms, bathrooms, TV room, dining room, gym in front, tennis court. Anyway, they were very quiet days for those who need to relax.

The house is really amazing. The design favors natural light, spaces, and contact with nature. With a cozy and intimate rustic architecture, the house favors guest interaction, whether it's a pizza night, wines around the fireplace, chatting in the living room or a barbecue. My friends and I really enjoyed the stay and the beautiful property. Victor is an excellent host and goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The local staff is very helpful. We are sure to be back soon.

I reserved the space to celebrate my son's 18 years, from the first contact to Viviane and Henrique were very kind, the house is PERFECT. Our family and guests loved the house, which really has a cosy energy, a house richly decorated with everything you need. I hope I have other opportunities to book again ..
