The apartment was spacious and clean. It was a very central location, safe and with restaurants and bars steps from the door. I liked that there was a doorman/porter and the front door snd the building was locked and secure. The pool area was clean and had a great view. The beach was a couple of blocks away. We had a wonderful time and the location was the reason we went there. However if you are a person that likes peace and quiet, you do hear music late into the night. It didn’t bother us though. Would recommend this place.

A grab spot to spend a few days on the beach. Excellent attention in the common areas with the hotel and the beach. Clean and tidy... would come back many times!

Accommodation exactly as advertised, 10/10, point of improvement but for the building, they are letting the film that covers the pool windows deteriorate and you can't see the horizon, but as I say it's the building not the apartment.

Had a great time. The a/c was in great working conditions. Lots to do near by and the beach was a few blocks down. Reception very friendly. Host responds usually within 2 hours. Wish it had Netflix or something to watch but no d esa l breaker I watched in my phone. Great Stay. Rodadero where the actions at it’s near by.

My lovely girlfriend and me really enjoyed our stay here, the location was in a very nice area with lots of options for walking and groceries. Came with a balcony, that was faced away from the sun so the breeze was very lovely. The security at the complex were very friendly. In the future we will definitely consider staying here again 😁

This was our second time stay at Salomon's place. It couldn't have been better. The place is clean, close to restaurants, parks. Internet it amazingly fast. I work remotely, so this was very essential for me. Building security is very good. I love the fact that they don't allow anyone other than registered guests. If any issues arise during your stay then you can count on Salomon. He goes above and beyond to make sure the issues are fixed. I highly recommend his place.

Very quick response to my inquiries, well located at a good price. Clean with good air and comfortable sheets and pillows. Self check-in. Indoor parking is paid extra. You have to access through multiple doors to enter but everything is with digital door locks. Very good care and quick response.

It's a very nice apartment, it's the same as in the photos and the balcony was my favorite place, the sunsets you see are beautiful and you also hear the birds. It is surrounded by nature. The pool is large and also has a breathtaking view and the gym has enough machines and dumbbells and in general the staff in the building are very friendly. The area has a shopping center nearby with restaurants and a Carulla that you can walk to. Also a couple of blocks away there is a D1 and an Ara. And the beach is about two or three blocks away. Angela always communicated with me, was attentive and was very friendly. I recommend it.

I wrote a long review for Pedro´s place earlier in the year so I won´t repeat so much here but the fact that I´m here again speaks for how much I rate being here. It´s very comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and it is close to the beach and transport to surrounding areas. Everyone has been really lovely, friendly and helpful and Pedro is excellent at responding if there´s anything you need. Highly recommended and I´m grateful Pedro welcomed me back :)

An excellent place to stay, it was close to restaurants and the beach; it also offered privacy. The check-in instructions were clear and the host responded quickly to any questions.

Excellent stay, cozy place and easy communication with Mr. Eduardo. Everyone who works there was very friendly. Everything is very close, the beach, the shopping center, Ara, D1. Easy to get around by bus wherever I go. Highly recommended. We were very happy.
