We had a very pleasant time, it is a very quiet building, very close to the beach, with chairs and umbrellas available for those of us who stayed with Paulo, highly recommended.

Great experience, brand new apartment, beautiful pool, friendly staff. Pool area also had a small bar/ restaurant that was reasonably priced. Also referred transportation option. I would definitely book again

One of the best Airbnb experiences to date! This is a beautiful, spacious, modern apartment with amazing views and equally impressive amenities. The pool area is spacious and a great place to relax. The beach is at your footsteps and the building provides beach chairs. Highly recommend this listing for anyone who wants access to Santa Marta and Tayrona Park while having a bit more space, privacy and quiet than a typical downtown spot. And the Marriott next door is a great option for lunches or dinners, with multiple restaurants to choose from.

David’s apartment was the perfect place for our stay — clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. The space felt welcoming and well cared for, with thoughtful touches that made a big difference. Very nice place .michael and his people were very responsive to any issues. Could be a nuisance in the morning when construction begins by the building next door with noise but it cant be helped. I will be booking this place in future for sure.

Laura’s place was just as described. Everything was very clean and well maintained. All the amenities within the complex are easy to book on their website. Pools were great and perfect temperature. Kids areas were really nice. We loved the kiosks by the beach and the convenience of ordering food yo be delivered there. The restaurant Cambiante was amazing, great fresh food and very reasonable prices. We ordered breakfast from them as well (traditional arepas de huevo) which were great. Edinson, the person that manages the property for Laura is very attentive and even brought us the best arepas de huevo on our first day. He was always available to answer questions we had. We’ll definitely return to Laura’s place whenever we decide to come back to Santa Marta.

My family and I liked this place very much. It was as it appeared in the description, it was very clean, organized and had everything you need to enjoy your stay in comfort. The pool and gym in the building are very good and the best part is the proximity to the beach. Patricia was very attentive to all the details and helped us with the flexibility of the check-in time. I would return 100%

The place is comfortable, very quiet and close to the beach. The internet is very fast (I worked and had video calls), everything was super clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. I liked that there were two bathrooms. And the sunsets are crazy. We regret having booked for such a short time.

Very nice new apartment overlooking the ocean from a short distance. Very nice pools and gym. Beds were very comfortable and are truly queen size. Location is quiet and peaceful.

It’s been the Best stay my family and I have had. I fell in love with every single detail of our stay. The HOST Marta, received us at the door with a warm welcome, she was in contact at all times making sure we were having all we needed and we were having a great stay. ANA was recommended by the host to help us with the cooking and cleaning and she was AWESOME, she was a very sweet lady, easy going and helped us with no complaint,our stay wouldn’t have been the same without her. The HOUSE breath taking views, private , easy access, little active kids friendly , spacious better than described all you need to have the dreamed vacation is there. Right in front of the beach, the pool and close to the markets. I LoVed our stay and was very sad to leave. Thank you Marta and Ana we had the Best time.

The apartment's location is ideal, in front of the beach with a unique view. The person in charge was attentive at all times, the instructions were very clear, the space was perfect for the 6 people who stayed and everything was very organized and clean. Excellent stay.
