House vacation rentals in Magaliesberg

The property was simply amazing. The rooms were big each with lovely ensuite bathrooms. It has a well appointed kitchen and a large dining room table that would sit 10 people very comfortably. An added bonus is the dining room table converts to a pool table. The area is extremely quiet away from the hussle and bustle of Johannesburg and superbly situated to get to the various golf courses we were playing as well as some great restaurants. It has all the facilities for entertaining outside including a swimming pool which would be amazing in the summer months, as well as a large garden. The house is kept spotless by housekeeping who came in every day (except Sunday) to clean and make up the rooms. Finally, I cannot say enough about our host Charmaine. Very friendly and responsive throughout the whole process. Thank you Charmaine, you were brilliant and we all thank you for letting us feel so at home!

This was our second stay at Maddy's place. Beautiful home, large bedrooms enough to accommodate my large family. Very clean. Great communication throughout and they accommodated our awkward check out time due to our flights out. Highly recommend!

I loved my stay at Dream before Dawn and would recommend this home when travelling to Pretoria. The home was exactly as described and there were lovely extra touches like fresh fruit and muffins, water and juice bottles, all the bathroom amenities and soaps etc. The host was very proactive and response to my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed.

A lovely, large and well equipped house with garden and pool within walking distance of Parkhurst restaurants and shops. A great place to stay if visiting Joburg - felt very comfortable. Hannah was very professional and friendly and we felt very at home.

This was truly a place of great peace and tranquility. This is a perfect escape for a group of family or friends! The garden is lush and the view of the river so scenic. The house is also beautifully furnished. We spend hours on the patios enjoying the garden view and the fairy lights at night. Coffee in the morning sun on one of the two patios come highly recommended. Hilde also welcomed us with a tasty apple pie home bake. You also have plenty of places to visit in the area and a very easy drive to Hartebeespoort dam. The place is also near Lanseria airport. Do yourself a favour and book.

We had an amazing stay. Dianne was very responsive and communicated well. The accommodation was top tier and matched the pictures perfectly. One of the best stays we had and we are definitely going back and making this an annual get away. 10/10 perfect!

Michael is very committed, friendly, extremely helpful and easily accessible! The house offers a lot of space for a large group, free space to enjoy and relax. The garden and the braai area invite you to linger for hours. The furnishings throughout the house leave nothing to be desired, everything is in impeccable condition, the rooms are very spacious, it just has a lot of space! The kitchen is very spacious and has all the appliances needed for cooking, baking, sizzling! The house has a lady who takes care of the rooms, the cleanliness and the care of the house twice a week, more on request. She is a very warm and kind person, always happy to help. The gardeners are very committed, keep the beautiful garden very clean and very well maintained. In short: a little paradise. For us as golfers all the more because the house allows the view of the Parkview GC…always exciting to watch how other golfers interpret the game for themselves.

Our stay at Yana’s beautiful 3-bedroom Airbnb was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — even better than the photos. She even kindly had fresh flowers for our stay put in. The living areas were spacious and perfect for relaxing together after a day of exploring. Yana has thought of everything — from a fully stocked kitchen to small, thoughtful touches like fresh coffee, cozy blankets, and local recommendations. The WiFi was strong, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The location was fantastic as well — quiet, safe, and conveniently close to everything we needed, from restaurants and cafes to parks and shopping. Rosebank is only 4 mins away by car. Above all, Yana was an outstanding host — responsive, friendly, and genuinely caring about our experience. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The property is absolutely beautiful — the pictures truly don’t do it justice! Every corner of the home was thoughtfully designed and impeccably clean, with a perfect balance of comfort and style. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome and well taken care of. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. It is rare to find a place that exceeds expectations in every way, but this one absolutely did. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

What a gem!! We are a group of business people from London, UK who get away once a year to a nice place to relax, learn and recreate together. We had never been to Johannesburg, proper and especially not to Sandton. The house was very clean & was perfect for us. Large and spacious with a beautiful pool, steaming hot tub and yard in the back. The whole place is made for entertaining. The area is lush and didn't feel urban even though it is surrounded by other nice homes. What a special home. I only hope this home is available to rent out again in the future. We want to go there every time we visit Johannesburg 🙂❤️

Our reservation for the size of our group stay was super! The rooms were huge, private and super neat and clean. The ample bathrooms in the house eases the load and no waiting for others to finish. The entertainment and dining areas were so well planned which makes this house an ideal place for a huge family reunion, group or corporate outing or even a workshop for a small executive group. The kitchen is huge and had lovely amenities. Even the cottage was clean and neat, as our big group of 15 utilized all the facilities. We had a power failure in the house but was quickly attended to and there were daylight alternatives. Housekeeping is right up there.

Had a wonderful stay here - beautiful space, clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed, the house didn’t have a hairdryer and once requested for it Pabi made sure to get one for us which was really appreciated! What really made the experience stand out was our host’s warm hospitality, we felt right at home from arrival. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay! Home away from home is the only way to describe this place. Beautifully decor designed inside and outside. Great location, easy to get to places around Johannesburg. The house is clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Patrick is an amazing host. Communication was great, always so attentive. Very friendly and welcoming. The highlight for our stay was the braai area. Such a nice hangout place to have as a feature. Looks exactly as described. Definitely booking again in the near future.

A great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful home . Great location , spotlessly clean and modern, with a spectacular garden and braai area outside . Safe and secure and very quiet in the evening . Only a short drive to all the shopping malls and restaurants in the area . This is a top class Airbnb. Will definitely stay in the future .
