A lovely apartment in Jérica, well heated and spacious, perfect for exploring the local area from. Check in/out was easy and the host was very responsive.

My family and I have been there for 15 days. A very pleasant and comfortable stay in all aspects...proximity to the host who has been very helpful at all times. We really enjoyed the great terrace. Very good location, the beach 5 minutes walk and the pool of the urbanization just below the house. Let's repeat!!

We felt right at home! The area is very quiet and peaceful. Spacious, impeccable and perfectly equipped accommodation. Modern and rustic, very cozy. We stayed in January and it was a pleasure to come back at night and find the house warm! We were surprised that it had a large SmartTV, it is not something that is usually found in these types of accommodations. It is very well located to visit the tourist attractions of Matarraña. The owners were very friendly and recommended good places to eat and visit. We will definitely be back!

Great stay, responsive and friendly host. We enjoyed the house and the amenities (swimming pool, barbecue, air conditioning...), the children no longer wanted to leave... I recommend it!

Our stay at the villa was amazing, we couldn’t find fault with anything. Suitable for all ages in are group from a baby right through to 60+ age group. Made amazing memories with my kids and grandkids and did not want to leave ❤️ Would highly recommend. Antoni was a great host and nothing was too much trouble

We went to have a great time and we had a great time, Jesus at all times was very attentive and showed us both how to get there and all the recommendations we could make. As for the house, we have been 15 and we have all fit no problem, a very spacious house and a spectacular terrace. We highly recommend it for a getaway and getting away with family or friends.

5 minutes walking from the pebbles beach. 5-7 minutes driving from the sand beach and small centre. supermarket next door. very nice, but at 5am the truck comes every day. the house has everything you need as a family. one bedroom did not have an airconditioning. very helpful hosts

The space was such and as described in the pictures. Everything is very new, clean and well equipped from kitchen utensils, toilet (including a kit), towels and sheets. We were very comfortable. Despite being on the street we have had no hassle due to the passing of vehicles. The beach is relatively close by. Alfred and his wife were very nice and available.

The truth is that Raquel's house is very beautiful and comfortable. It had everything you need as if you were in a 5-star hotel. The town where the house is located is very beautiful with stunning views, and especially if you are planning to travel on this date, it is only 35 minutes by car to get to the Valdelinares ski resort. The house is very cozy and especially spacious. The attention of Raquel and David was always attentive and very kind. I hope to return soon. My family and I loved it.

We only spent one night but it was great, the accommodation was perfect and Roberto was charming and helped us at all times, we will be back!

A very pleasant place

For the second time we rented Aurea's apartment and felt right at home, with this spectacular ocean view. Everything clean and nicely organized. We'll do it again for sure! 😌👌🏻

very comfortable apartment, ideal for 4 or 5, very clean, there is everything, washing machine, dishwasher, all the necessary utensils, like in your home and people when you leave left the overhead stuff, soap, pasta, roars and Marta let us have breakfast (coffee, cereal) and drinks in the fridge. Very quiet area, the village you don't have anything interesting, but it is close to many places to see and take some route, the psyche, ulldecona, the delte de l.ebre, amposta, alcanar...

Everything was great! Esteban was very nice to us.

Beautiful apartment with a great view. Spacious, very comfortable beds. Very well equipped and very clean. Beautiful terrace Basement parking and swimming pool are a real plus. Access to the beach in 5 minutes on foot and to the city of Peñiscola in 10 minutes on foot. A big thank you to Martine for the quality of our exchanges and your availability.
