Peaceful and very relaxed neighbours, that offer options for outdoor sports. 5 min walk on a lovely street leads to the sea : white dune, pedestrian roads and hiking trails. 5 min walk in the other direction leads to Rimi and Top grocery stores and the train station. 10 min walk to the local market every Friday.

The unique location right next to the lake, surrounded by trees, creates a sense of solitude, peace, and special proximity to nature. We have provided relaxing in a cozy bedroom with a bathtub, wide and comfortable bed, equipped kitchen with coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and nice dishes, sauna, barbecue, boat. When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. I am glad to share it with likeminded travellers and I will be glad to share all those little tips and tricks about places in Cesis, worthwhile to experience - from nature spots to cosy pubs :-)

Cozy holiday house LIELMEŽI located in quiet nature 60km from Riga. Great place to enjoy silence and nature far away from city noises. House has two levels. On the ground floor there is cosy living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, a small hall with a balcony and toilet. Each bedroom has two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. Or alternatively - a double bed in each bedroom can be transformed into 2 single beds.

It’s not too far from Riga city centre, many public transportation options available in close proximity. There are food store near by. Commute to Old Riga takes 15 min via public transport or 30 min by foot. Double/Queen size bed (160cm x 200cm). No smoking inside apartment. Free parking MAY be available - please confirm before booking to ensure availability.

Vieta ir klusa un mierīga, taču apm. 10-15 minūšu laikā, pastaigājoties pa parku, var nokļūt krodziņā "Rūdolfs", lai tur baudītu garšīgu maltīti, vai aiziet/aizbraukt uz "Maximu", ja gribas pašiem gatavot viesu mājiņas virtuvē. Ir autostāvvieta un bērnu rotaļlaukums.
