Lakeside Luxury With Private Entrance Steps From Old Hickory

This in-law quarter w/ separate kitchen/living room is filled with a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, pots and pans, coffee maker, and other amenities you would most likely see at your own home! What makes this stay unique is all the unique art and one of kind decor from various artisans. In addition to the interesting decor, the home is located in walking distance to old hickory lake. Nearby there is a boat ramp where you can launch your boat so feel free to bring your boat for water sports, fishing etc or you can even ask the host the availability of a guided day on the lake for an additional fee which includes life jackets and the various water toys like skis, wakeboard and tubes that host has. (Depending on scheduling and availability) This private residence has it all! Separate entrance with private kitchen/living room, bedroom & full bathroom. Old Hickory Lake is less than a minute from this location which has a free public boat launch and park that is a perfect place for picnics and to enjoy water sports, wildlife and nature. Downtown Nashville is less than 25 minutes away so you can enjoy the scenic lakeside activities during the day & then head downtown and enjoy all the sights and sounds that music city has to offer! Guest has private entrance to their Airbnb which includes living room/full kitchen, private bedroom and private bathroom. We love to meet our guests however we usually leave the guests alone unless they need something or want more interaction between host and guest. Most of our interaction is before you arrive to make sure you have a great trip planned. Our guest usually want to relax or want the adventure of exploring the sights and sounds of Nashville upon arrival! We do however love dreaming of things to make your stay memorable so just ask! For additional fees we are open to preparing first class planned breakfast for our guests, or if you want to spend a day with your family on the lake enjoying water sports on our boat we can discuss cost, time and availability. Do you have an anniversary trip and want to plan a special memory with your loved one let’s dream and discuss what we could pull off. Ie: rose petals from entrance to the bedroom, prepared bubble bath before arrival with champagne or maybe a private candlelight dinner on our rooftop terrace or covered porch one evening. We can dream up some fun things for an additional cost depending on our availability. This bespoke home is located across from Harbor Island, the only island on Old Hickory Lake. Launch boats for free and stroll in the park across the street. Go just 5 minutes to reach another park with an actual beach, plus volleyball and grills. It’s roughly 25 minutes from the nashville international airport. There are rental cars at the airport and Lyft & Uber pick up and drops off at our house along with Taxi’s. From the lake it’s roughly a half hour to downtown as well. We do have our kitchen above this apartment so if you book with us please be prepared to hear footsteps and other noise from time to time during your stay. It isn’t obnoxious but we do want you to be aware of this.

The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. It's style is cozy, comfortable and relaxed, light and airy. The flooring is gleaming hardwood with ceramic tile in the bathroom. The bathroom is small, but charming and pristine. You will enter the room from a deck that is yours to enjoy. It overlooks a very private back yard. You might want to enjoy the fire pit-please let me know and I will set it up. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. I provide a TV with local antenna stations & Amazon FireStick for internet and streaming services access. PLUS wifi, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker with all the fixings. A closet for clothes and stashing other items and a washer and dryer are available for you to use. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. Access to the rest of the house is not available, but I will be only a text or phone call away should you need anything or have any questions. Or come and pound on the front door! I live in the adjoining house so I'm available with a knock on the front door or a call or text. Inglewood is a quiet residential neighborhood on the northern side of East Nashville. There are several restaurants and pubs in Riverside Village, which is about a mile away. It's a short drive to hotspots and Five Points in East Nashville. Über and Lyft troll this neighborhood regularly and $12 or $15 will quickly get you most anywhere you want to go. NashvilleMTA.org is the website for bus service. A day pass is only $3.25! Most areas of interest are a short drive away if you come by car. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets. I have 2 cats who are not allowed in The Nifty but may be lurking about. Mama, the tabby, is friendly. Myo, the calico, is starting to warm up to new people! Although you are unlikely to hear loud TV or music noises, The Nifty is attached to my house so you may hear some kitchen sounds or other signs of life. I try to be very considerate of my guests as I know it's important to get a good night's sleep for exploring Nashville!

(traffic dependent) Cute, light and cozy studio apartment with kitchen and bathroom and separate private entrance and outdoor area. Queen-sized bed, table and chairs for dining or work use, and driveway parking. Quiet neighborhood - close to the airport, Opryland, the Hermitage, greenways and other tourist attractions and business connections. AT&T fiber internet + TV (basic cable & Netflix).

Cozy Private Studio: next to lake, near Nashville

Cozy studio located as part of our home. This space is dedicated as a studio apartment and has its own separate entrance. There is plenty of parking available. We are on Old Hickory lake with fishing, boat ramps, bike trails, swimming within less then 5 min of our home. Located on a cul de sac, traffic is minimal. Downtown Nashville is about 25-30 minutes from our home. In between Hermitage & Mt. Juliet, conveniences are close at hand with nature around the corner to make an enjoyable stay.

There's room to spread out in this guest suite for 2 with double bathroom. Explore Nashville during the day, but get a quiet nights rest in a peaceful neighborhood. Close to the highways that take you everywhere! 10 mins to downtown, 10 mins to the Opry, and 17 mins to the airport. Off street parking. 5-10 min walk to neighborhood bars/restaurants, a coffee shop and a bus route to Downtown. Large suite w/private entrance *Low Cleaning Fee!*

This suite is tucked away off the side of our house with its own entrance. It’s freshly renovated, beautifully decorated, and completely private; with all the amenities you’d expect from a hotel. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please Note: Only the 1-5 people registered to the suite are allowed on the property with the exception of picking up and dropping off. We cannot accommodate events or outside guests. Also, we only have parking spaces for two Airbnb vehicles.

Charming two bedroom suite near the Grand Ole Opry

Beautiful Tudor home on one of the most unique streets in Nashville. The eclectic collection of homes on our street is something everyone notes. Most of us know each other well and our kids have grown up together. To this day, we celebrate milestones, holidays and memories together. Miami (Avenue) might not be Mayberry but it's pretty close! We hope you'll join us! Just 2 miles to the Grand Ole Opry, 12 to downtown Nashville and 10 to the Nashville International Airport (BNA).

Modern, clean, basement apartment with your very own private/ external entrance (you have sole occupancy of the 375 sq/ft apartment, and our family is upstairs, with no access to your room... meaning our guests only interact with us if that is their vibe...) on a beautiful acre of land, with secure parking in East Nashville. The Guest Suite at Highpoint Farm

Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance.
