Rupas place was great! Very clean and cozy. It had a lot of amenities and Rupa communicated promptly and effectively. I look forward to staying here again soon.

My old teammates and I from college met in Nashville for a reunion. Zach was such a wonderful host and super responsive when we needed him! A beautiful condo and was very spacious for all 9 of us. Definitely recommend!

This place was amazing! Perfect for a group of friends exploring East Nashville. It was close to relatively everything, and felt super comfortable. Would definitely stay again if I had the chance!

The most important thing I worry about when leaving home is comfort. This home made me feel right at home ! When I tell you it’s a great location, safe, beautiful, spacious and breath taking please believe it. Stephanie’s a great host very responsive and doesn’t ask for much. Thank you for making my stay so amazing and if I ever visit Nashville again I’ll definitely stay here !! I recommend to any and every one looking for a place to stay.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Heather’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything was spotless when I arrived, and all the amenities I needed were provided, including fresh towels, toiletries, and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect quiet and peaceful, & close to great restaurants and shops. It made getting around super easy and convenient. Heather was a wonderful host—friendly, communicative, and very responsive. They offered great local tips and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again the next time I’m in Nashville. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, hassle-free stay!

Kyle’s place was a great alternative to staying at the Gaylord for a recent convention I attended. The cost alone made it a much more viable alternative. And give the proximity to the Gaylord Opryland I had the option to either walk or take an Uber. And Ubers are always very close by so wait is limited. It should be noted there is a $250 refundable deposit required at the point of check-in. Overall - 5 star experience, location and stay.

Loved the convenience of the location, close to the highway , shopping and more . The unit is extremely safe and secure for a solo traveler and looked just as described in the photos. Will book again for my next trip

Kim er en fantastisk vert! Han svarer raskt og er hyggelig. Han er veldig gjestfri, fleksibel og løsningsorientert. Leiligheten er gjennomført til fingerspissene og inneholder alt du trenger. Sovesofaen i stua gjorde at vi fint kunne bo der 7 personer. Basseng og treningsrom som er et stort pluss. Hadde lett kommet tilbake! Leiligheten kan virkelig anbefales videre.

This condo was the cherry on top of our Nashville trip. Tucked just far enough from the downtown noise, but close enough for a cheap Uber ride to Broadway, this place hit the sweet spot between comfort and convenience. Inside? Spotless. Stylish without trying too hard. The bed was ridiculously comfy (like, we looked up the mattress brand), the towels were plush, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The little extras stood out: blackout curtains for sleeping in, a Bluetooth speaker for our own pregame playlist, and a list with actual local places (coffee & donut spots, hot chicken spots, rooftop bars, and sweet tooth spots). Way better than Googling aimlessly. The host? Super responsive and genuinely thoughtful. They even were able to remotely unlock the unit after were locked ourselves out. That kind of attention goes a long way. Bottom line: This isn’t just a place to crash between bar-hopping and brunch. It felt like home. We’ll 100% book again.

The place was great! Very clean and within walking distance to downtown. Kimberly was very responsive and accommodating.

Jennie and Maureen were great hosts and very accommodating/responsive. The condo was clean and an easy walk to Broadway. The rooftop was a nice addition and good spot to hang out. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Nashville!

Don's place in Nashville was the perfect base for my 5-day stay in Nashville. Close to some of the best restuarants and sight-seeing places in the city, but still retaining the peace and quiet required for a remote-working location. The condo described/illustrated as per the listing description and pictures, and Don's communication was top-class. Would highly recommend to both tourists and remote-workers alike.

Excellent stay, the pictures didn’t give this home the credit it deserves. Literally close to everything we did for the weekend. I would 10/10 definitely recommend and would book again in future visits!

The Airbnb was perfect. I really have nothing bad to say. There was everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk to coffee shops and restaurants and walkable to Broadway. Great experience.

Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

The condo looked just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, even the rollaways. The location was perfect for CMA Fest. Cynthia was always helpful and quick to respond!

Positiv: Fussläufig nahe dem Broadway & Germantown. Trotzdem weit genug weg, um etwas Ruhe zu bekommen. Freundliche, schnelle Kommunikation! Kleine Anmerkung: Für mich war nicht ersichtlich das es nur ein Schlafzimmer & nur ein Bett gab. Die 2. Schlafmöglichkeit ist eine ausziehbare Couch oder eine Luftmatratze. Wir sind zu 3. angereist (es wurde angegeben das max. 4 Personen in der Unterkunft Platz finden). Ich denke jedoch es ist maximal für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Vielleicht Ansichtssache! Der Balkon war aufgrund der fehlenden Sauberkeit nicht nutzbar.

This is a perfect 1 bedroom with a generous living room space, in walkable distance to Broadway. Check in/out instructions were clear, and Todd was motivated by providing a high level of hospitality and satisfaction. I’d recommend this to those looking for an easy, relatively quiet spot that you can walk to Broadway from!

Beautiful place! Went for a weekend trip and was in the perfect location. Walking distance to the Gulch and even Broadway. Very close to 12 South/Hillsboro shopping area as well. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and the Guitar pool was a nice touch! Thank you!!

Brigitte's place was exactly as described, spacious, and the perfect place for a girls trip! The two double beds were perfect for a slumber party feel and the apartment was very clean and inviting. The area was fantastic with lots of restaurants and bars to visit within walking distance. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely book again with Brigitte!!
