You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Secluded Lakefront Kayaks Council Grove City Lake

On the water and nestled in the trees, its a great location for a private get away. The main level features two queen bedrooms, a TV room, bath, kitchen and lakeview room overlooking the large, gently sloping yard and lake. Additional sleeping with futons in the TV room and lakeview room. Enjoy brick-paved patio with colorful adirondaks around fire pit, a hammock, horseshoes, ping pong, charcoal grill and picnic table. Our furry friends will abide for your attention and will be a constant companion as you stroll down to the creek or up the trail to catch the setting sun. Life is better in the Country!

The cabin comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms featuring queen sized beds, the bedrooms are accessed by stairs and are connected by an open walk way featuring the exposed beams. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for a meal, and there is a laundry area for use. Watch the native wildlife in the wooded area surrounding the cabin just 3 miles north of Iola, KS.

Koch Guesthouse

This spacious cabin sits on a small farm in Osage City, Kansas. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: loft bedroom with a queen bed, queen size bed on ground floor and a twin bed on ground floor. The cabin also has an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove, surround-sound stereo and a TV (Netflix and YouTube available). You’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Be mindful that we often have cattle in the surrounding pasture.
