We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Features a large deck for entertaining and a large concrete patio for the kids to play or ride bikes. There is a concrete storm shelter that will seat ten adults. Plenty of onsite parking.
