Had a pleasant stay at the White Villa. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoyed the stay Thanks to our Host Praveen who was quick in responding. The place is very clean and homely We had a couple of problems with the Air conditioner and Wi-Fi to which Praveen responded immediately and were resolved instantly. Great Place…Great Host… Would love to stay again.

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

The Blue Wagon Cafe downstairs served delicious dishes and exceptional coffee. When I needed some help, Siddhartha promptly resolved the issue in no time. The Pause Project is the perfect blend of warm hospitality, stunning accommodations, and thoughtful extras that turn a simple getaway into an unforgettable retreat. I can’t wait to return!

Our group of 10 had more than enough space in the home, making it a perfect choice for our stay. Kiran, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. The breakfast variety he offered was great and was absolutely delicious each morning. The beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. The property is ideally located near all the popular spots, which made exploring the area very convenient. Additionally, there's a scooter rental shop just outside the property, which was a huge bonus for easy transportation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return in the future.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Neat and clean rooms, Bathroom and amenities , Special thanks to care taker Renu for excellent breakfast and hospitality. Thanks for making our stay special

La Luxo was a beautiful stay. Nestled in a peaceful place, the rooms were as they were described. The pool and the view from the pool are definitely the USP of the place. Sowmya was a great host and ensured that all our queries were handled appropriately. It was the perfect stay and I would recommend everyone to choose La Luxo if they want a beautiful, peaceful and serene stay with the luxury of a beautiful view and relaxing pool. The caretaker couple were absolute gem :) It's a pet friendly property- my dog Tyson had a great time running around and lounging by the pool. Both Aniket and Amit were very responsive. The location was excellent, and the flat was amazing, offering a luxurious feel. All key locations are within a 10km radius, making it easy to explore the surroundings. It truly is a lavish flat, and I had a wonderful time.
