Black Bear Lodge

This was our second time staying here. If you’re looking for a remote, rustic, peaceful stay - this is your place. But be prepared for a lot of mosquitoes. There were so many in fact that we couldn’t explore the property but the screened in porch with the wood stove was the highlight of our trip. We’ll book again. Mostly to say hello to the resident bunny who kept hanging around. We named him Roger in case you see him. Say hello from us.
A round swimming pool with clear blue water reflects the sunlight, surrounded by a lush green landscape. A colorful inflatable float rests on the water's surface, and a small red barn is visible in the background, framed by mature trees under a clear blue sky.

The kitchen had everything g we needed and even had some coffee for us to whip up in the morning! Thanks guys! Will be back
