Monthly Rentals in Macon

Passing through the area on a long road trip; I was so excited to find Michael’s place! An oasis of sorts for my dog and I after a very long drive. The bathroom/ shower set up is amazing, kitchen well stocked with utensils/ coffee and such. There were amenities for my puppy, which he absolutely loved. The enclosed deck was wonderful and private; secure enough for a very fast and springy fox terrier. A brief stay for us, but perfect and I so appreciate the hospitality of both hosts :) we would gladly return. Thank you!

The house and location was absolutely stunning! I loved the open air feel, the tub (omg the nicest!) the backyard was amazing. We had my grandchildren over several times and they loved playing in the backyards little stream. I loved being able to sit everyone down to eat at the gorgeous outdoor table! Which I’m highly jealous of. Haha I would recommend to anyone and hope to return, we would’ve stayed longer but she already had a weekend booking! Did not disappoint!

The area around this property is so private and peaceful -- you basically have the whole area to yourself since the buildings around it are not in use. You get privacy with convenience since the interstate & a couple of convenience stores are so close. I was concerned that it might be somewhat rundown due to its age, but was pleasantly surprised that it was quite clean and had tons of character. It was also more spacious than I had anticipated. The small fenced area was convenient and secure even for my small dog. The helpful information provided regarding the various light switches, etc. was the most detailed I have seen. There were bottled waters and soft drinks in the refrigerator as well as coffee, creamers and various snacks in the cabinet. Communication was clear and Charlae seems to do a great job of managing this property! I would definitely stay again if back in the area.
