The home is on a beautifully maintained lot with an amazing view of the lake and a dock to sit on or pull your boat up to. We enjoyed the views from the house, the dock and the pool! Everything was in prestige condition. Eileen was a wonderful host with clear communication.

Loved the house it was perfect for what we needed. Pool was nice and clean . Very quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again.

My husband stayed for the week while working out of town. Laurie and her husband were very welcoming. She is very responsive to calls and messages. There is a beautiful pool out back and its on a lake. My husband would highly recommend staying here.

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay! We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The place was spotless and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. The location was perfect—quiet but close to everything we needed.

My friends and family had a great stay here, the home was beautiful and well kept. We had some issues with the pool but Dasi was very responsive and helpful. Home is close to a few shopping centers and food. Overall I would stay here again.

This is a gem in McDonough! The home is nestled in a quiet, pretty neighborhood that makes you feel at home. The decor is beautiful, the beds are comfy, the AC is cool and welcoming on a hot day. We loved the pool and amenities available. We would definitely stay here again.

Campground is very nice, peaceful and safe atmosphere! We stayed here for one night with our dogs in Boo Boo's cabin. cabin itself has a full bed and a set of bunk beds, microwave and mini fridge. They had a very nice store/activities and EVERYONE that you ran into here was super friendly and helpful. Bathhouse was clean and had plenty of showers! Plenty of area for walking or bike riding and a playground area! Definitely would recommend this place!

This house was so clean and super cute. It looked just like the pictures and matched the description of the property so well. The host was very responsive, friendly and very helpful. We will most definitely stay again on our yearly trips down to Florida. Great restaurants close by and so conveniently located.

If you're looking for seclusion and a peaceful setting, look no further!! This place was beautiful and we definitely enjoyed our down time. Excellent suggestions for restaurants, I would add the The Clover Wine Merchant down the road from Orleans. Easy access to 1-75. You wouldn't know you're that close to the expressway. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Derek was more the helpful from start to finish. There was nothing I didn't need he didn't have or went out and got. Very respectful and all around great guy. The place it self fit every need I had for my trip and will definitely book again. 5 stars🌟

Staying here was absolutely worth it! Not only was the home beautiful and comfortable, but Brad and Alanna clearly put so much thought into every detail. The extras they provided — like the coffee, s’mores station, ice pops (which totally won over my daughter!), a detailed guest guide, kayaks, and a fully stocked kitchen — made the stay feel extra special. We truly felt at home thanks to their thoughtful touches. We will definitely be back. Thank you again!

We LOVED our stay. The home was so clean and neat with all the extra you would need when you are away from home. TVs in each room was a big deal to us as well as the front entryway was perfect for someone like my older mom to get in and out of the home. Loved the Master Bedroom!! It was truly one of the best homes we have stayed at while traveling. We really felt at home here

The house was absolutely gorgeous and clean. We had enough room and it was perfect location. We loved every second of our stay. We will definitely visit again since we only live an hour and half away. We look forward to many more trips to Anchors Away.

Great place. : house is brand new, with beautiful Costum design finishes inside- out! Beautiful, calm neighborhood, with huge private park having lake. Love it!

Trippe was helpful throughout our stay. He checked in with us and assisted when necessary. He gave very thorough information about the property and all its amenities, and sent us local recommendations too. The location itself was beautiful. We had a little slice of the lake all to ourselves. Our group loved paddle boarding every day, relaxing in the hot tub, fishing on the dock, and hanging out in the perch and main cabin. Having the little sandbar was also nice for the kids in our group. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, appliances, utensils, etc. We enjoyed ourselves!

My family and I absolutely loved Laura’s place! From the moment we pulled up, we were completely enamored—even the outside of her home was beautiful and inviting. Check-in was a breeze, and the home was immaculate. You could walk around in white socks and still feel fresh—that’s how clean it was! The entire space was stunning, but the massive bedroom my husband and I stayed in was such a treat! And the kids couldn’t get enough of the theater room—they were in heaven. It truly felt like home, filled with so many thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. This is the place for family gatherings—comfortable, spacious, peaceful, and full of warmth. Laura was incredibly responsive and kind, making everything feel smooth and welcoming. I honestly rate this house a solid 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, luxury stay with family. Laura, I pray God continues to bless you and your family. This places was a gem with beautiful space and every snack option I ever did need! We had car issues and she was very flexible with helping us!!

We loved staying in this quaint Macon home. It was just what we needed. We visited Macon to meet up with family and spread the ashes of our beloved grandfather. It was very accommodating for our family. We were able to cook for the children and the beds were extremely comfortable especially after a 12 hour drive. Others in our family mentioned they would love to get this place themselves when traveling to Macon, I'm sure they will. And in the end to our surprise we found out my grandfather actually grew up in a house just 2 streets up from this Airbnb. 😊 We were staying in his very neighborhood the whole time. A lovely surprise. Thanks for the beautiful place, the easy parking and the stress free accommodations.

“Perfect Final Stop Before Our Big Move!” We were moving from Colorado to Florida and this place was exactly what we needed for our final stop before reaching our new home. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located — it gave us the rest and reset we needed. Highly recommend!
