Homely Studio Room in Greensborough

We have a simple and private studio room (with separate entrance) nestled on the side of our home that we do not use, so we decided to make use of the space and give it an opportunity! There is plenty of parking on the road, or if you prefer, there are quieter side streets nearby. Unfortunately, we do not have parking on our property for guests. Pets are welcome for an additional fee (please indicate in your booking). Pets will have access to an enclosed courtyard to keep them safe and secure.

The apartment was clean and tidy. It was large enough for 2 couples to stay in without feeling cramped. Location was great for our needs and security to site was also good. All amenities and facilities were in good condition. There was a small damaged price on one of the bed slats but it did not impact the bed ability to comfortably sleep in it. Host had great communication and was easy to work with. I would recommend this apartment if you are looking in the Bundoora area.

what a lovely apartment in a great spot. handy to everything. tram stop is at the front door. biggest problem is deciding which restaurants to eat at. the apartment was spotlessly clean. I enjoyed a soak in the huge bath after a 10hr drive. I highly recommend Esther's to anyone. I'm definitely hoping it's available for my future trips to Melbourne

It is a very cozy home with authentic Thai feel. Those who value this would love it. The amount of various well thought details is great. It is all 'gardenish' - all at the patio, veranda, and entrance. (If you go for the fireplace - check with host first (council may have a ban for indoor fire).) Would recommend it to those who seek cozy distraction from daily life.

The amenities are second to none—everything you could possibly need is included…right down to the divine bathroom products. The space was immaculately clean, and the plush, comfortable beds made it feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel. Cameron was an exceptional host, always available and incredibly thoughtful, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect.
