Our stay with David and Zinda was just wonderful! The hosts are super nice, friendly and helpful people. We felt right at home during our stay. It’s truly a unique place with a large beautiful garden and lots of sunlight. You get a feeling of peace and tranquility from day one. This is a dream stay for people who love animals, as the hosts have peacocks, chicken, geese, cats, dogs and even horses. They even allowed us to walk their dogs in a nearby forest which was wonderful. The kitchen is shared with the hosts, but you have a private wing of the house with your bedroom, bathroom and a beautiful living room with a garden view. If you plan to work remotely, I would recommend getting a LAN cable (5m) that you can connect to the router for higher internet speed. It’s possible to get an uber from the airport and also to get around during your stay but I would recommend getting a car to be more flexible. Within 15m by car you can get to the beautiful beach, grocery stores and a mall.

I stayed 5 weeks at UportoHouse and it was an incredible experience. I didn't stay anymore because there were no free rooms. D Fernanda is like a mother to everyone, Patrícia is a delight, Marta is also a sweetheart, always in a good mood, always ready to help, they clean the house with pride and care. The atmosphere is young, but familiar. People respect each other's space and schedules. The pool area is amazing . I stayed in one of the rooms with a shared bathroom and the bathrooms were always impeccable! I hope to return , the space is amazing, people are like family. - there is a 2-minute bus stop from the house, which leaves us in trinity and allies in 10 min

Joana and Sergio were great hosts during my 4 week stay. The apartment was very well equipped for long stays. It is a quick walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The promenade was a great daily walk since it was winter and the beach wasn't much of an option. The town is a short and easy drive to explore Braga, Caminha, Vila do Conde, etc. And about 25 minutes from OPO airport. I will be in Apúlia again next year and plan to stay in Joana's apartment again.

The house was impeccable, well organized and equipped with everything necessary for a weekend between friends. The exterior is excellent, with a swimming pool and leisure area ideal for relaxing, as well as a great barbecue space. In the interior, highlight the large table and the cozy room, perfect for conviviality and good times. The host and family were super friendly and helpful. Without a doubt, an experience to repeat.
