Spacious studio apartment in the city center

**There is no shelter (or security room) in the building** A spacious one bedroom apartment in a perfect location in the center of the city with easy access to everywhere - the central bus station 2 minutes away, Herzl Street, the Independence Square, the city market, the Sharon mall and the beaches of Netanya - are all within walking distance, and also all the main streets (Smilansky, Shmuel Hanatziv, Herzl, Binyamin Boulevard). The apartment is bright, spacious and very cozy and is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). The street is bustling during the daytime, but the apartment windows are not in the front and there is no noise. In the evening the street is very quiet. Mosel parking lot from 14.00 is opposite. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary :)

This newly modern renovated (2020) and airconditioned mini penthouse (50m2) is on the 7th floor in the center of Netanya (quiet area), near the beach. The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.

In a magical big garden full of fruit trees and herbs. Home to my parents, artists that will happily show their wonderful work and studios. A perfect location for private car or public transport, 15 min walk from Pardes Hana Train Station (40 min from Tel aviv). 10 min lovely walk through woods to city center. 15 min drive to the beautiful nature around and historical sites (Cesarea ruins and Aqueduct beach, the hills and stream of Amikam and Mount Carmel) Plenty of fun things to do around.

Beautiful house in a quiet village (moshav) walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in Israel. Yael was a great host-the house was clear and very comfortable for a family of five. Great outdoor spaces to chill out or eat a meal. It’s also a good location to explore along the coast of Israel for day trips-close to Caesarea, Tel Aviv, Netanya, Haifa. Thanks for the great stay!

I slept one night. I arrived late. Guy's attitude was great. It was very easy to get there. Parking is very convenient and close to the house. Great value for the price.
