Lovely 1.5 level villa with large terrace facing south. The house is located about 500 meters from the sea and several beaches are within walking distance. Here you will also find opportunities to find a secluded place to swim from the cliffs. In the surrounding area, there are also great opportunities for outdoor activities such as rock climbing, running and walking. Several farm shops are also found in the area as well as two restaurants, Bastevik kitchen&bar atBasteviksholmarna as well as Skaldjursmagasinet in picturesque Norra Grundsund.

Charming 30s villa in protected private location with beach property. The house is beautifully located on Rörbäckskilen with patio right on the water. As a guest, you can borrow: * Rowing boat, 4m * Kayak * 4 st SUP BOARDS Here you enjoy the silence and the nature! The house is fully equipped and furnished. Great fiber internet connection. The style is mixed from the 30s onwards However, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s and has been used sparingly ever since. We are happy to host monthly or longer. At least weekly.

The house has 2 high chairs & very other that make it easier for families with families with children. Only 10 minutes walk to Smögenbryggan, shopping, swimming areas, restaurants, grocery store& located on quiet street. Glazed patio with sea view & large back with dining area. Parties/high volume are not allowed with respect to neighbors. Welcome!

The house is located with beautiful views of the large garden. A few minutes' walk takes you to saltwater swimming in Brofjorden and crab fishing for the kids. Living room with fireplace and exit to the balcony with barbecue facilities. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with shower. Washer/dryer. Modern fully-equipped kitchen. Very good opportunities for swimming, climbing and hiking in the area. There are a number of excursions within a radius of 20-40 minutes such as Vitlycke, Nordens Ark, Fjällbacka, Smögen, Lysekil.

Two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a view, living room where the possibility of an extra bed is available on request from here you can walk to the city center/swimming and then enjoy the view and the holiday. The house is fully renovated and has a fresh feel and has everything one needs for a nice and lovely holiday! Extra beds available upon request

Charming school in Lysekil municipality

Welcome to Lyckebro's old school! Here you live simply but comfortably with proximity to some of Bohuslän's main gems. We have three twin rooms and one double room (continental bed 160 cm wide). The rooms are 10-12 sqm. Our guests have access to the garden and our newly built orangery. Cleaning is not included in the price, as a guest you clean yourself, however, there is the possibility to buy cleaning for SEK 800. The host couple live in the school's old teacher's residence with a separate entrance.

Wonderful summer house with fantastic location in the middle of central Lysekil with 500 meters to the sea. 5 minutes walk to the nearest grocery store and Lysekil city park Parking space in the driveway with space for 2 cars. Sea view in two directions, a lovely garden with hammock, barbecue and dining table. Downstairs with large living room, dining table with 10 seats and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. One bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs with 4 bedrooms.
