Next to our house is our cozy summer cottage that we rent out during the summer. It is 50 sqm, 3 rooms and kitchen with balcony and lovely views of Gullmarn from both the balcony, kitchen and living room. The cottage has 4 beds divided into two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a family bed. WiFi is available. The living room has a TV and DVD. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement.

The residence is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the house, there is a patio with table and chairs and barbecue.

The center with three restaurants and a nice swimming area is 1 km away. Hiking trails and running tracks are 200 meters away. More than two people = 300SEK/person/night Cleaning and washing of bed linen is not included, but you can do it yourself, hang the bed linen and towels to dry when you leave, for that reason you also need to make the beds yourself when you arrive.
