The 35 m² consists of a kitchenette open to the living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. Internet via fiber optics with WiFi. Less than 10 min walk to the city center, shops and a bus stop serving Saumur, Angers and Cholet.

You will be ideally located in Anjou to visit the castles of the Loire, the cave sites (restaurants, museums, village), the Bioparc de Doué la Fontaine but also the parks like Terra Botanica, the Parc de Maulévrier , not to mention of course the very good wines of Anjou. Cottage in the heart of the Anjou vineyard. Our character house is suitable for couples or families, it can accommodate 2 to 6 people (including children). The 3 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom are upstairs. Pets are not allowed (small cat already on site!). Biodiversity present in this former farmhouse. Our house is attached to the cottage but we want to respect the tranquility of our guests and also expect reciprocity.

L'Autre Maison Gîte

The Other House was once a family home. Refurbished, while retaining its old beams and fireplace, it will offer guests all the comforts necessary for a peaceful stay... It can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed in the living room. Its large kitchen is functional and fully equipped. The house, located on our fenced property with indoor parking, has a private terrace that is not overlooked.

Hi everyone, We are pleased to host you in our studio in Doué-la-Fontaine. City of roses, troglodyte dwellings and vines. Doué is also known for its animal Bioparc (5-min drive to the cottage). Our studio is ideal for short stays to discover the region or to accommodate professionals for their work week. Pets are not allowed due to too much damage in the cottage.
