Very quiet and bucolic environment, two kilometers from the center of Brissac and 15 minutes from the center of Angers. Authentic tuffeau and slate farmhouse, in a charming environment, with an area of 85 m2 with private terrace.

Cozy house on the banks of the Loire

Old grain factory on the banks of the Loire dating back to the 19th century, freshly renovated. Slate walls and exposed beams, clean decoration, you will quickly feel at home. La Belle Loire is the perfect place to meet with friends or family, with three large bedrooms and two sofa beds, one of which is independent. Great for quiet stays with family or friends, our accommodation is located 15 minutes from Puy du Fou to welcome you in the countryside in a village of 4 houses and 5 minutes from the Sèvre Nantaise to take nice walks on foot or by canoe. 1 hour drive, the sea, the Poitevin marsh and its Green Venice, the Doué-la-Fontaine Zoo, the troglodyte caves and the banks of the Loire allow you to discover the region. The indoor heated pool is at your disposal.

L'ancienne école cottage, like a scent of childhood

The cottage - labeled 4 * - is arranged in an old school. A new primary school is installed on the adjoining grounds, so noise disturbances are limited to the operation of a school. The decor and equipment are particularly neat. The garden is enclosed and the swimming pool, private (5m/11m) is covered and heated. The owners request access to the swimming pool 1h.30 / day. The owners live across the street and are therefore always available.

La Barn des Marronniers

Old barn completely renovated. Large bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Kitchen and sitting area on the ground floor. Located in the shade of two large lime trees. Peace and serenity guaranteed. The pool is heated by a solar panel which allows us a swimming temperature of about 30 degrees in high season and about 25 degrees at the beginning and end of the season (early May and late September to early October).

L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
