In an independent accommodation of 45 m², you have a room with 1 bed 140cm and a bed 90cm, wardrobe, dresser , TV and the adjoining bathroom with sink, shower; WC, small TV lounge and click-click 140 cm. Breakfast included in the price. No access to the kitchen of the accommodation, unless there is an extra charge ,on request. This master suite completely independent from the guest house allows a very late arrival, especially for guests arriving from Puy du Fou or Futuroscope.

On the edge of a protected hamlet, on the edge of the Louët River, this bed and breakfast will delight you with its bucolic setting and calm. The bedroom is on the 1st floor of the miller's house of an old mill, in the middle of a pleasantly flowered garden with farm animals (geese, chickens, donkeys, goats...) and company (dog and cats). The center of Angers is 20 minutes away away. The GR3 passes along the garden. Hikers, fishermen stop strongly advised!

We welcome you in a spacious, quiet room, located in the basement of our detached house with garden, in a village of the bocage, near Le Puy du Fou (20 km), the Parc Oriental, the town of Mauléon (4 km) city of character, the Poupet festival and 1 hour 10 minutes from the Ocean. Breakfast is offered for bookings of 2 nights minimum; it is an optional paid extra for 1 night. We're working hard to make our guests feel welcome.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY: TWO ADULTS + ONE CHILD. Our large guest room Orée1 of 28 m² is organized around a dining room with kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes), TV, a double bed (160 cm), a sofa that can be used as a bed for a child, a bathroom with shower and an independent toilet. This room is decorated on the theme of nature, has double exposure and a terrace with table and chairs.

A gourmet breakfast with local products and a wide variety of Mariage Frères teas and Illy coffee will be offered. We offer a bike room for those who want it.
