Es ist ein Gästehaus, als Haus zu nutzen oder mit 2 Wohnungen oder mit 5 Zimmern. Hier wird die obere Ferienwohnung mit großem Balkon beschrieben. Das Farmchalet liegt in einer wunderschönen Hofanlage in der Mitte des Dorfes aber dennoch im Grünen.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Welcome to Mecklenburg on the Baltic Sea in an orchard in a village on a lake. The cat is called Traveller and takes care of our construction trailer when we have guests. The two construction trailers can accommodate 1 to 4 (or 5) people. There is a large sun terrace overlooking forest and meadows, a fire pit, 3 bikes and lots to discover. GDR bungalow in new splendor, very quietly located perfect for a little break. On the yard live a cat and 4 chickens. The Dümmer See can be reached in just 10 minutes by bike or about 30 minutes walking distance. Benches and a small swimming spot invite you to dream. Schwerin can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The Baltic Sea is about 1 hour away by car. A penny and a country bakery are only 6 km away in the neighboring village. Bakery also open on Sundays.

Our holiday home is located directly on the Ziegelsee. An absolute place of longing in nature! It has been completed in 2021. Very nice natural stone floor below, top wooden floor , floor heating functional kitchen, Miele dishwasher. We have a washing machine with dryer. The terrace is generously covered. Of course, there is sun and insect protection. The plot is has over 3000 sqm. We have our own lake access with jetty. The lake invites you to swim.
