Great place and a very nice and welcoming host. The place has a great sunshine view as well. I can recommend it to everyone.

Nice and tidy apartment,so clean…kitchenware are at minimum requirements but ok.

The place was great for our 8 days family reunion stay. There are everything you need in the kitchen if you decide to cook and a great barbecue in the garden. Lusine & Hasmik replied to our messages very quickly and were very helpful. We would definitely recommend to our friends to stay here and will be back when we are back in Armenia. Taxi fare to Yerevan is £8 and would take 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. It is very close to Garni Temple and Symphony of stones which are two popular historical sites to visit.

very comfortable, clean apartment, has everything you need (iron, hair dryer, microwave). convenient location, there are shops nearby. the owner is friendly, always in touch, met us personally. the apartment is exactly the same as in the photo, with a beautiful view.
