The apartment is as described, neat and clean. Very comfortable space. The location is what complicates things a little, since to go to the surroundings you have to go around a lot on cut-off streets that do not lead to avenues, but that's apart from what the apartment and the building offer, which is very good.

My stay was excellent. Ruben was a very attentive, friendly host and always made sure that everything was in order. From the first moment, he made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and come back without hesitation!

A very good place to stay for families and friends. The location of the residence is quiet, we leave the vehicle on the street and nobody touches anything at all. Not to mention the comfort of the house. 100% recommended. Impeccable predisposition of the host. Very kind to any questions.

We really enjoyed this week at Peter's. As newcomers to the American continent, Peter helped us with all questions: airport transfer, car rental, currency exchange, bus ticket, visiting the market, etc. The house is spacious, the bed has a good mattress, the air conditioning cools down quickly and the kitchen is well equipped. The new grill on the large terrace, which we used a lot, was great. And last but not least: the large pool in the middle of the bird-rich garden is even magically lit in the evening. As a start for South America, the best address starts here with Peter.

Excellent apartment, it is well designed and decorated with very good quality. It has all the amenities it offers. As for the cleanliness, it's impeccable. The apartment is amazing. Each space is designed to generate value for guests. It has much more than one can expect in a stay like this. From the moment you enter, you can notice the attention to detail, the neatness and the affection they put into the space to make it a perfect stay. The apartment and building's facilities make it a stay that exceeds expectations and the location is also incredible because it has everything you need nearby, the neighborhood lends itself to a quiet walk and it is no more than 10 minutes by car from the main shopping centers and places that someone would like to visit. Viviana is a very attentive host, always ready to help guests and make the stay much more enjoyable, which is greatly appreciated as a foreign visitor. It is a highly recommended space for short or long stays because it has everything you need to develop your day to day with ease.

I highly recommend this listing! The apartment was very clean and as advertised. Beautiful and spacious. Quiet street but close to all amenities: shopping mall (2 less than 600 m). Not to mention the Urban café with these great breakfasts and great coffee. I would highly recommend it Thank you so much. We'll be happy to go back.
