Excellent stay at Alicia's house, it far exceeded our expectations, the house is impeccable, with a beautiful view, and Alicia is very kind and always attentive to every detail.

My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

You hardly think you are in Paraguay when you enter the very modern, tasteful and lovingly furnished house of Richard and Alex. The house offers everything your heart desires, even a bathtub and dishwasher. The pool area offers a lot of privacy and is only available to the guests of the two identical cottages. These are very quiet in the middle of wonderful nature, from horses, cows to chickens including a private forest for relaxing walks. If you value peace and privacy, this is the place to be, impressive sunsets included. The wonderful hosts Richard and Alex also live on the spacious grounds and are always there when you need them. They always have an open ear for the wishes of their guests and give tips for the area. Absolutely recommended! We will be back!

Subject to stay Unfortunately, the days didn't help much because of the rains and the cold, but we had a great time. Our little daughter loved the yard. Andi surprised us with cookies and tea. Definitely recommended, very comfortable and spacious. It also has a study with a desk and a blackboard that was very useful to us... we will return someday.

Great location, close to the airport and the Olympic Park. Quiet, safe place with lots of privacy and nature. Access by car is easy, but UBER takes a while to respond and public transportation is far away.

It is simply as shown in the pictures, clean and very organized, it is prepared for long stays, however in the short time I was there, my family and I received the necessary support and information for my stay!! The cobblestone street is terrible, but that's not the fault of the service provider. It's clear that Rodrigo went above and beyond in his attentiveness! Thank you

Casa very organized and good for resting in a quiet and residential neighborhood, but not so far from the busiest areas of the city for those who want to enjoy the nightlife of Asunción. Greg, Zulema and their parents are extremely attentive and have been excellent hosts.

I was looking for a place to stay near the airport and this turned out to be excellent for price, quality of the house, located in a very quiet and safe residential complex. I already recommended it to family and friends and I would definitely come back.

The best place to stay in Luque! Gladys went above and beyond to help us with all of our needs. Comfortable bed and soft bedding. The space has such a cool layout; the pictures don’t do it justice. The kitchen met all of our needs. She provided toilet paper and made sure the air ran cold for us. One of the few places that has a bathtub to relax in. Highly recommend!
