Everything has been restored to the architect's original design from 1961, including newly upholstered B.M. furniture, wood on walls and floors, large terraces, brand new kitchen and nice bathroom. Insulated house so winter stays are also comfortable in front of the fireplace. There is air and plenty of space for the family and friends who will take good care of the house.

Delightful newly renovated cottage located on beautiful natural grounds in an old cottage area with beautiful nature. Enjoy a glass of wine on one of the house's three terraces, one of which is covered. Go to one of Denmark's most beautiful sandy beaches (600 m from the house) and rinse yourself under the outdoor shower when you get home or take a nap in the hammock. For families with children, there is a fire pit, tennis, various outdoor games and board games. The house will be fully renovated by the beginning of July 2025.

Tænd saunaen og gå en dejlig lang tur langs vandet eller hop ind foran pejsen og nyd et glas. Spil matador eller læs hele Anders And arkivet fra 1975 - 1985. Der er lagt uendeligt meget kærlighed i huset og alle der har besøgt det, har enten købt hus i området eller plaget om at komme tilbage. 50% af udlejninger er af tidligere gæster.

The house is just a 5-minute walk from one of Denmark’s best sandy beaches, which is especially family-friendly – no stones and the water deepens gradually. The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful and picturesque. The summer house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is very well-equipped, and features a south-facing terrace.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Rist dine Skumfiduser eller snobrød og pølser ved bålstedet. Eller bare læs en god bog ved brændeovnen i den hyggelige stue.
