Whether the cottage is used for relaxation, coziness by the wood stove or trips to the beach and in the woods, it is a really good starting point to relax from everyday life and enjoy life. Beautifully renovated cottage located on a beautiful natural plot in an old cottage area with beautiful nature. Enjoy a glass of wine on one of the house's three terraces, one of which is covered. Go to one of Denmark's nicest sandy beaches (600 m from the house) and rinse off under the outdoor shower when you get home or take a nap in the hammock. For families with children, there is a campfire area, tennis, various outdoor games and board games. The house is fully renovated at the beginning of July 2025.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

This guest house is for those who want to relax, take long walks in a forest or walk all the way to the beach nearby. The guest house is part of the main hosts' home area, and it is a remote place, yet easy to reach from cities like Copenhagen (just over 1 hour's drive).
