Förutom att huset är nära vattnet med en badstrand 60m bort så gränsar fastigheten till skogen och naturreservatet Ormberget-Hertsölandet. Det finns stigar som går flera kilometer! På vintern fryser havet och du kan åka skidor ut och runda dom närliggande öarna eller gå på tur med snöskor i skogen på dom frysta myrarna. Vedeldad kamin inomhus för trivsel. Prova traditionell vedeldad bastu. Havsytan fryser vintertid vilket möjliggör promenader eller skidturer på isen direkt från gården. Rikt djurliv med vilda däggdjur och rovfåglar.
