House is located in historical center of Makarska, 20 meters from the sea & main seaside promenade - 5 minutes walk from main public beach. Apartment is air-conditioned and offers separate bed room (queen bed),spacious living room (convertible sofa), new modern furniture, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, dining and bath room. Makarska, is located on the slopes of Biokovo mountain, which means that only if you are located near the sea like we are, there is no uphill walk to your apartment ;)

The apartment were completed 2022. Apartment is 100m² which includes a luxury bedroom with a 200x200cm boxspring bed and en suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge and extra toilete. The large covered balcony offers superb views of the harbour and old city also a beautiful jacuzzi 220x220cm, sun lounges and a shower. Covered parking is in front of the building. Deluxe, novi apartman za dvoje se nalazi u prizemlju, okružen terasom i balkonom na kojoj je sjedaća vrtna garnitura od ratana. Renoviran 2022.godine. Sastoji se od spavaće sobe, kupaonica, dnevni boravak , kuhinja potpuno opremljena +perilica za suđe i veš ,wi fi, 2 klime, LCD TV, parking u garaži. Svaka prostorija ima ulaz/izlaz na balkon ili terasu što zapravo pruža intimu gostu. Market je preko puta, a centar i plaže 3-10 minuta pješke.

Wir waren Anfang Mai ca 10 Tage hier und es war wunderbar. Sanja und ihr Mann sind super herzliche Menschen und haben uns in ihrem Haus wie Freunde aufgenommen. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern (sehr sauber, und sehr gut ausgestattet), der Garten noch schöner :). Es war so erholsam, morgens auf der Terrasse umgeben von Olivenbäumen, Blüten und mit Blick auf Meer und Berge zu frühstücken. Die Lage ist super, nahe am Zentrum von Makarska und doch sehr privat. Das Zentrum, schöne Strände und Wanderwege sind alle gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

I really enjoyed the stay. Lovely Dalmatia stone house. heater worked well during night. u can wash and dry ur clothes, which is convenient. walking distance to the sea side and two nearby islands. restaurants and cafe surround. butcher and supermarket are also close. great for stay. Christmas advent on going is, again, close, 3 min walk. only thing u need to consider is that this apartment only has two small window. limited natural light inside. it's fine for me but if u have some kinds of related requirements then it can be a tiny problem

The location is perfect. Was a little nervous about the location and it being noisy at night—-it’s located amidst a bunch of really cool pubs and bars—but the apartment has been completely sound proofed. It was a lovely little oasis. Selma was very helpful throughout our stay.
