The place was very clean and organized, had many furniture, appliances, crockery, etc. For USP students, like me, the place is very close (10 minutes walk), and the internal bus stop is right at the nearest entrance. The neighborhood is very calm and safe. The price was very fair, cost-effective! I would recommend it.

It was a great experience, the studio apartment is beautiful, excellent location. Maria was very kind to us, the neighborhood is safe, the bed is extremely comfortable, the shower is warm, everything is very clean, only compliments. I'll definitely come back another time.

I quite liked the apartment. I just missed having a small table to use a laptop/work, and as a suggestion you could also leave a bottle or two of water in the minibar, since there is no filter in the apartment. Just for the guest to survive until they go out to buy. But I found the property very clean and tidy, good bed and sheets, great shower too. I liked it and would come back.
