studio spacious bright calm balcony

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Super nice lake house

A wonderful lakefront house with well equipped kitchen, a Weber gas grill and many places calling for good books and nice conversations. Whether in the living room in front of the oven, on the windowseat in front of the panoramic window on the first floor or in the sun lounger on the roof terrace: the lake glows through the trees everywhere. The swimming spot is in front of the door, the forest too. There are two desks for workation in the countryside. Sleeps up to 6, with min. 2 children for up to 8 people.

Our small, lovingly renovated 56sqm apartment is part of our old brick house (former bakery) located in a beautiful and nature rich corner of the Uckermark. It is an ideal starting point for small day trips - in the immediate vicinity there are several swimming lakes, bicycle and hiking trails, old villages and many other tourist offers. Small holiday home in the Uckermark on a historic farm in a secluded location. The house is designed very openly, it has two floors and a sleeping gallery. Best suited for 2 people. Third sleeping space available. Comfortable and tastefully equipped. Large idyllic farm garden to relax. The farm is very quiet on a dirt road on the edge of a nature reserve. Ein Hide Away im Grünen! Ein kleiner aber feiner Bauwagen auf der kleinen Farm, inmitten der Uckermark. Der Wagen steht auf einem Bauernhof in Dorfrandlage auf 1,3h großem Grundstück. Der Uckersee ist Luftlinie etwa 500m entfernt (Straße länger!) , Prenzlau knapp 2km. Im Haupthaus stehen eine kleine Gästeküche und ein eigenes Duschbad bereit. Perfekt um dem Stress der Stadt zu entfliehen!
