Self contained apartment situated on a working Farm in Killington. 10 minute drive from M6 Junction 37. 4.5 miles from Sedbergh and 6.6 miles from Kirkby Lonsdale. Both of which have multiple pubs, restaurants and small shops. Perfect location for scenic walks, bike rides and visits to the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Riflemans Arms

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

The parking area provides direct access into the annex with a full kitchen, with a compact dining table with chairs and shower room. A king size bed for your comfort with a comfortable chair to relax in. There is underfloor heating throughout and an electric towel rail in the bathroom. A welcome pack is provided.
