Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lower East Side, Manhattan

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

The Airbnb was very clean and spacious for six of us. Very comfortable area. Subway station was about an 18 minute walk and that worked well for us. They responded to our text very quickly. They let us know on a daily basis if we needed anything to reach out to them. The only drawback for us was there was no coffee maker or Keurig. Unfortunately, instant coffee doesn’t cut it for us. But overall, the place was very beautiful and as I said earlier clean and comfortable

This was a great place to stay if you don’t mind 45 min subway to Manhattan which we didn’t care because we went all city and didn’t need to go to Manhattan everyday because there is more to New York than Manhattan! Thankyou once again Amalia!

Great little place in Hoboken NJ that was comfy and spacious for 5 people. Thoroughly enjoyed the Hoboken area and very easy to get to New York City on the path. Mengli was very communicative and accommodated our early arrival. The place was clean and a nice place to stay at. I would stay here again if traveling to the NJ/NYC area.

Absolutely loved this place! Wish we had a longer stay. The place is amazing and the outside area is EVERYTHING!! Will definitely stay again when back in the area!

This was our second stay at Christian's location. Clearly, we enjoyed our first stay, lol. Overall, everything was great for our second stay. Christian is a great host. I highly recommend his place to anyone. Always a good experience and great space and location.

Good value and an interesting, calm neighborhood. A bit far from the subway but easy enough to bus even with kids.

I had such a lovely stay here during my trip. The location in Putnam was super lively and felt very local, in the best way. I especially loved grabbing a coffee from the nearby coffee shop and drinking it in the private backyard to the sound of the morning birds. Also, only a 10 min walk to the C train to Manhattan! The apartment itself was the perfect size for me, with a full kitchen and fridge which made it really easy to cook when I wasn’t dining out. The private entrance and multiple security doors made me feel really safe, which I massively appreciated as a solo traveler. I did all my communication through Linda, (co-host) and she was absolutely lovely. Warm, friendly, super responsive and had some great food recommendations that really made the trip feel more personal. It was a smooth check-in and she happily accommodated my later arrival which I’m so thankful for. Honestly, I’d 100% stay here again next time I’m in NYC. Made great memories I’ll cherish forever.

Terence was a great host; friendly, reached out and promptly answered a question that I had which proved to be quite helpful. The Airbnb was clean and had everything we needed. I enjoyed staying in Hoboken; it’s a nice city in its own right with brownstones, lots of restaurants and the river walk which provides a great view of NYC.

Diane's place was perfect! A literal gem very close to all of the touristy things, but in a quiet neighborhood -- great for families/couples and getting away from the hustle and bustle of NYC proper. We loved the neighborhood and the walkability. If you are visiting NYC, or the area; highly recommended! A beautiful spot in Hoboken, we hope to visit again soon!

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

Perfect apartment, really good option for people who want to travel to Manhattan, really easy access with PATH train. The area is super nice and green, really good places if you’re traveling with kids. The host is amazing! Super helpful and very kind. Apartment is very clean, everything like on the picture. The area is so clean, pleasant. Many places for walk, shops, park, it is easy to park the car. This place is literally perfect! Truly recommend this apartment, we loved it ❤️

Wow, we absolutely loved this place! Firstly, Jim & Beverly are such nice people and great hosts. I loved our conversations about the history of the house and their time living there. The house has lots of character and is located in a lovely tree lined street in Hoboken, with good transport links to Manhattan. The apartment is a good size and very comfortable. You will not be disappointed!

Brian's place was exactly as described, and a perfect home base for our family of 3. Very clean, comfortable, and in a wonderful part of Brooklyn. Felt at home -- we would stay again!

A very great place, clean and lovely rooms and cosy beds, generally the entire place is lovely, our hosts were friendly and responsive, clear instructions and helpful in finding transport to NY.

Mike was an amazing host! My husband and I (and our dog) lived at the condo for three months while our home was being renovated. Very well appointed kitchen, bath and laundry. The bedroom was super comfortable and cozy and I slept just like I was at home. I could not recommend this apartment enough! Also very accessible to the Path or bus into NYC. Mike was also incredibly responsive. There’s a back patio that is really lovely and feels private.

Overall had a great stay! Stayed at Ann’s place due to my daughter‘s surgery at NY Presbyterian Columbia University Hospital. Location was perfect for us to go back-and-forth to the hospital. The place was very clean and exactly as described and Ann was very responsive and accommodating.

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

Stayed at this space for a combo trip of business and pleasure. It was SO well suited for both! The back patio is literally incredible and was so appreciated. The warm welcome and small but very appreciated personal touches for guests were so thoughtful, and the place itself was stunning (high ceilings, cozy blankets, the BEST pillows I've experienced at an airbnb) and the hosts themselves were incredible responsive. The location is ideal and super close to LGA, and within walking distance of fab restaurants, bodegas, and coffee shops.

Clean and accessible. The condo was comfortable and quiet. Would recommend Casa Erika.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far!
