The beach village of Ag. Theodori is approximately an hour outside of Athens on the way to Corinth. “Villa Sofia” was the perfect bungalow to spend our final three days in Greece and to visit lifelong friends who live in this village. Just steps away from the boardwalk and the beach, we found our own private oasis. Named in honor of the hosts’ mother, the home was just as described. The hosts have done a wonderful job remodeling this cozy “home away from home”—including soundproof windows, automatic shutters, AC, a modern bathroom/kitchen, two bedrooms and a sitting room. We can’t forget to mention the patio with views of the sea. Constantinos and Filippos were very responsive and accommodating hosts who picked us up from the train station and made sure we were dropped off again to catch the 6:24am train to the Athens Airport for departing flights. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of red wine, fresh grapes, watermelon, coffee, and plenty of bottled water. Thank you to our hosts!

We spent our holiday with a magnificent view, with a great peace of mind. We recommend it to those who want a calm and quiet holiday very close to nature and the beach. Tassos was always available, and they thank him.

The family really go out of their way to make you comfortable, a very nice family. The apartment is really comfortable with amazing views and so relaxing. We will be highly recommending this property to our family and friends.

Wanting to spend three beautiful days in Agioi Theodoroi, we chose the house of Hercules. We were really happy big and small. The house was spacious and clean. Its large terrace overlooking the sea offered us moments of relaxation. We didn't miss anything. Hercules throughout our stay was in touch with us for anything we needed. Friendly and very polite! Our family had a wonderful stay here. The villa is beautiful especially the outdoor area with pool, seating and barbecue area with a stunning view where we spent most our time. It is a little off the beaten track which we loved. Agioi Theodoroi is a small town but has everything you need including lovely restaurants and cafe options. We were also well located for a couple of sightseeing trips including Ancient Corinth and Athens. I would also add that a little cat also calls this villa home. She is lovely and friendly, and we enjoyed her company but it’s a consideration for those who have severe cat allergies. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an authentic Greek holiday experience.

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

The location and the house is perfect. It has everything you need for cooking to have amazing meals at home by the pool. The best thing about the house was to wake up in the morning and walk 30m to have a morning swim. Check in was super easy and they show you everything you need to know. And they were quick to respond on message before check in. Train station was 2k away and an easy option to take in to Athens. I really recommend this stay if you are looking for something in kineta.

one of the most beautifull houses that we have ever been. the view is incredible and beach near by felt like a private beach with lush greenery and beautifull pebbles in a torqouise water. the house has also a paddleboard didnt have the time to use but will definetly consider next time

The location of this apartment is stunning, right on the beach, you can listen to the waves as you fall asleep. The views are incredible, the location is in a small village with towns within walking distance with bars and restaurants serving great food. It isn't an overly touristy area but that is exactly what I wanted. We had full access to the hotel also owned by Dimitris next door, which had amazing food and drinks, access to a pool, paddle boards, sun loungers, roof top bar. The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was more than adequate, clean and tidy and bed and towel changes every 3 days. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

The place was a little hard to find as there are no street numbers or signs to indicate where the property was. Apart from that, the property is very peaceful with nice views of the sea below and it feels like a retreat. The apartment itself is more like a little house and is very spacious and very ideal for a family or for two couples. Highly recommend you have a car as there is nothing else located in this village/development and you need to drive about 3km to the nearest supermarket.

The house is very nicely equipped and the poll is also wonderful. From here you can take very nice trips in the Peloponnese. We can recommend everyone to drive here. The pool and terraces are hardly visible from the outside, so you have good privacy. Ntina only speaks Greek, but thanks to the online translator we got along fine.

Hi!!! I'm Gray, Cane Corso 1.5 years old & my mom arranged for me to go with my aunt to William's place where I had a great time. It has a large courtyard, very comfortable interior, perfect tiles that do not slide and surrounding area full of pine trees, perfect for walks. My mom got a little tired of cleaning my hands and feet because it was raining and she wouldn't let me in otherwise, I respected William who accepted me and I enjoyed walking around. All thoughtful and spotless. I didn't want to leave when it was time. Thanks William, we'll be back

A great experience, with amazing views, Katerina was awesome and communication was great!! Beach is right below at a hotel resort, you could walk about 10 min, it’s all downhill, we drove cause It was very hot, you will need a car or taxi to get into town, the summer months are too hot to walk. It’s a 5 min drive into Loutraki where there is so much to do, Corniith Canal is about 20 min drive , it’s actually closer but due to traffic it takes a bit longer during peak tourism. House is very comfortable and you feel right at home!!

This is a nice clean apartment with a balcony that has amazing sea views over the whole bay in Loutraki. It is an ideal location for exploring the area. The instructions for finding and entering the apartment were clear and accurate. The Wi-Fi was easily accessible and fast. Everything we needed for a one-week stay was included in the flat and our host was extremely helpful and easy to contact. We would have no hesitation in recommending this flat for other people. We rent this apartment at first time and we totally adore it. There is everything for comfortable living, including kitchen, bathroom, washing machine etc. We liked the balcony very much and the view from there … But the main is the distance to the sea- really 5 min, that was very important with children. Shops, restaurants, cafes, beach , the center of the city are really very close. Ioanna her mother Katerina are very good and pleasant people. They were always ready to help us and answered very quickly. I would really recommend this apartment to my friends because it was cosy, comfortable and lovely.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Martha's Airbnb for 2 nights. A super nice stay! The Airbnb is within walking distance of the beach and all kinds of beach clubs, so a perfect base for anyone who wants to use it. In addition, the apartment was spacious, super clean and we could use an early check-in. As a bonus, we had Martha as a top host. She responds faster than the light and provided us with fun and good tips for the surroundings. All in all recommended! Thank you! 🤩

Wonderful apartment, with an amazing view. Only a few steps from the beach. Everything is clean and cared for. Having a desk also makes it easier for me to work when I need to.

From the first meeting with Alekos who picked us up at the airport, everything was positively exceeded. Absolutely recommended apartment. We felt at home. Location is great. Everything is nearby. Beach is right out the front door and you're standing on the beach. We will definitely be coming back. Alena and Alekos are very, very friendly, help with all problems and answer all questions. The apartment is beautifully stylishly furnished, you have everything you need and very clean. Bus stop right around the corner. Of all the streets that are on the beach, this is the most beautiful and the location is perfect. We are thrilled and the standard for the apartment is very high. TOP out of 5 is 6 points.

Big big thank to her :) The place was also amazing, very cosy, clean and of course the beautiful view from our apartment was amazing...
