Beautiful nicely decorated cozy chalet with a lot of amenities to keep you comfortable. Mary Anne and Peadar were lovely hosts who also made sure that we had a beautifully lit christmas tree and decorations for the festive season and made sure we stayed well stocked up with wood pellets for the stove fire to keep warm for the cold winter nights. Husband, myself and 2 sons had a fabulous stay. The house was beautiful; even better than the pictures. It sits high up a country road with fantastic views. It’s off the beaten path but it only adds to its appeal. The furnishings, kitchen/baths,beds are all high quality and comfortable. A fantastic location with a view in every direction, each very special and therefore never boring. A good starting point for several (hiking) tours. Get tips on this too. Sun (if it shines) from morning to evening on or in the house. We have already decided after a few days that we want to come back next year. To relax, enjoy and unwind, one of the best accommodations I know. And don't worry about the access, it's really absolutely doable and doesn't require a special car or a special driver.
